The room was very large and nicely kept, the hallways looked nice, lobby was nice. Charged extra for parking when the room was expensive as it was. Ac/heating unit didn’t work well.

Lots of spiders and webs on the patio. I couldn't enjoy myself. The swimming pool was very cold. I spoke with the front desk and they told me maintenance was gone and that they couldn't do anything about it. Around 11:40 pm as I was laying down the furnace started to make this loud banging noise like an airplane turbine. I called the front desk to report it. She told me she would get me another room and I would have to wait till security did their rounds before she could come to my room and give me another key card. I waited 25 min then went downstairs to get it myself. When I went into the new room it was very musty and the carpet stunk. I had a terrible experience and for the price I paid it was not worth it.

#201: didn't request ADA. Disliked: People/Elevator noise, roof/parking garage view. Carpets need deep clean (socks got dirty fast). Bathroom floor/grout needs bleached. Couch was small for two people, no ottoman. Odd smell entering room. Crunchy towels.

Paying for parking. Email said $15 dollars but we were charged $20

My only suggestion would be better cereal choices at breakfast and to upgrade the pork sausage option. Some days breakfast, although good, was easy to skip. And the staff making the bed, could use a lesson in bed-making! Room was very clean. Great place to stay and I will return. It was a wonderful experience.

Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Our room was perfect and gym was nice as well. Fire pit area was not well kept, only downside I saw.
