Pros outweigh Cons. The staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful. The shuttle was great for us. The breakfast 9/10 but better than most, had lots of variety. They didn't have a whole lot of available drinking water but I'm sure they would have helped out if we had asked. Our view was overlooking a hospital back valley, not ideal but that's not what we were staying there for. My bathtub did not hold water, the drain plug was broken. Free vallet was nice but we liked to use our car as home base for a lot of our bags, but at least they were safe.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The location isn't great but the hotel offers shuttle service to over 50 local restaurants. The room was clean, though we did only have hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good & the service was great. A few gluten free items would be nice. Overall, it was a great stay.

The hotel was nice, clean centrally located, safe very nice friendly staff. The only thing we didnt like was that did not have parking and the valet parking was so expensive for customers

This was the cleanest an most helpful hotel I’ve ever stayed. I never seen friendlier staff. Highly recommend. The shuttle around the town was so The breakfast was good and could not have ask for more

Parking is a bit tricky.

At one point I walked out of the hotel to find my car parked in front when I didn't request it. The front desk didn't have a good answer for why so I asked them to verify the claim check number when someone called for it. The front desk person made a note, but the next time I called, they didn't verify the claim check number. Maybe it's best to get the key back after they park it? Also, there was one point at which there were 5 pending charges on my credit card totaling over $500. When I asked the front desk about this, they apologized and said that there was an error and they would fix it. At the current time, there are still nearly $400 of pending charges on my card. The room was fairly clean when I got there, but had a sort of musty smell that persisted throughout my stay. When I got the room cleaned, the room was vacuumed and the bed linens and towels were changed, but the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. Also, the surfaces in the room were not cleaned properly either. They have a coin laundry room with no coin machine and don't offer quarters at the front desk. That doesn't make sense. Breakfast sometimes didn't include water. They seem to have run out and didn't replace it later in the morning. The room was rather noisy. I could hear every door open. Didn't feel like I had much privacy. AC was also loud, but those units are always loud.

I am very happy my family and I stayed here. Spacious, clean, close to so many restaurants, but most importantly the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay here again when we come back!! I recommend this hotel. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast 😋

It is conveniently located close to downtown, so we were able to get to all our destinations easily. there is a parking garage across the street and a hospital right there as well. staff was friendly and valet service was great. however, the room was cleaned with such a strong bleach, the smell was overwhelming for the 2 nights we stayed there and the AC did not seem to remove the humidity in the room. The TV was old (it still had AV inputs) and could not do modern things like screen casting (if that matters to you ).
