Wyndham Garden Buffalo Downtown

Overall good only complaint was the 8a chatting of the housekeeping staff outside our room

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They would give me advice about attractions and restaurants.Every morning the breakfast was hot.I plan on returning to Buffalo in the future.

Breakfast was bad and minimal options for vegetarians. Parking charges are over priced. When booked, It was mentioned parking is included but was charged $25 for Valet parking. Vehicle was parked in front of the hotel property only. This is pure cheating.

The staff were helpful and polite. The room was nice and large. The breakfast could have been a bit better.

Had a great, comfortable stay at the Wyndham Garden Buffalo Downtown! The location is unbeatable if you have business at the medical campus or want to explore downtown, as it's just a short drive from Canalside and Niagara Falls. The rooms were clean, modern, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

We were greeted at front desk by Randy. Lovely gentleman and very helpful. Driver was great. Picked us up late at night. Breakfast was very good. Great stay!!

No parking available. Garage for $9/day. Hotel staff noted street parking available but couldn't give cost estimate. Only ONE half-used roll of toilet paper provided in room for 4-person occupancy. Towel hook came off wall and hit me in ankle upon use. Room stayed muggy and humid despite efforts to cool. Entered breakfast area at 9:30am and coffee was completely empty. All entrees also empty. Pancake maker was broken. One (quite friendly) staff person seemed to be running the whole place. Felt horrible for her, and she was clearly overwhelmed by demand. Feels like the hotel is suffering financially and that they're doing everything they can to cut corners. Would not stay there again.

All the staff were and are exceptionally accommodating and genuinely concerned about my comfort and the availability of recreation areas and transportation to places within a 100-mile radius of Wyndam. The breakfast buffet satisfied every appetite. Pancakes, eggs, cereal, coffee, and other breakfast items are available 24 hours a day in the lobby and breakfast area. I took advantage of Valet parking, which added even more pleasure to my mini vaca. I am looking forward to my next visit in 2027. See there!

What I liked was that the room was adequately clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was wide open with many tables spread around. It would have been a better experience if the closet in the room was maintained well and organized. Breakfast could have included more choices of items.

This was not our first time staying here and it will not be our last. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcome.
