Wyndham Garden Buffalo Downtown

This is our second time staying here. Staff is great and the location is perfect for us.

Great stay, great staff. Shuttle service available for local drop off and pickup.

The staff must have been having a bad day or two. Unfriendly at best and not helpful. Just looked at the screens throughout check in and during other requests.

Front desk staff were excellent and helpful, we enjoyed our visit there!

There was no instruction to get to the parking lot from the lobby. we were told to "go downstairs" and then someone would show us. No-one we talked with knew how to get there. So we had to walk with all our bags 2 blocks, around the buildings.

The front desk check-in was fast and the man was extremely helpful!!! I confirmed that they could drop and pick us up from a concert at Shea’s …for free. The valet parking worked well too! The free breakfast had a variety of items and the coffee was hot. Only issue was the noise in the hallway at 2 am from other guests coming back from a night out and talking loudly in front of our door for 10 minutes.

Hotel looks better in photos than in person. It’s an older hotel and could use an update. Carpets looked old and dingy and room was very dated and dark. On the positive side bed was comfortable and had a peekaboo view of the lake.

Helpful staff and the room itself was pretty nice. However there was some trash leftover in the bathroom and the toilet clearly wasn't cleaned. The door to the bathroom had some green rust like stuff on it.

the staff was nice and the place was clean. my only problem was the soap wasn't filled in the shower also no hot water on the day i was leaving. had a cold shower.

Breakfast was very good. great variety of food .

Convenient

The staff was extremely responsive to any needs. Even responding to texts which was convenient. Great location to the hospital and medical center if having to have procedures done.

Staff were welcoming, helpful and kind. Clean and comfortable. Excellent shuttle service into downtown included in the room price. A huge Thank You to Gerald for shuttling us to locations.
