Nice, quiet hotel... right downtown... great location

Nice hotel.

Was a great stay over night and the room was a great size, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

We booked a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Room was big with a king size and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was completely broken. When the staff came check it we were informed that unfortunately they could not repair it and the hotel was fully booked with no other available rooms. It was late and kids tired. We had an awful night trying to figure out how better to sleep. On the checkout we were only informed to email the manager and make a complain. We would definitely never recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was excellent. Lots of room, private bedroom and connected bathroom. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and 2 tvs. Great breakfast. Only problem was parking was off-site, 2 blocks away!

The location is great. Right near where we wanted to go for the concert downtown. PARKING. NO PARKING ON SITE. This was the worst thing to deal with. You have to go to a parking area near there and pay separately. I had to pay for two event days for one overnight as it ended at 3:45am

Very nice hotel! All the staff we came in contact with was very nice & helpful. Were there for a concert at Sahlen Field & this hotel was a great location. Also offered a very nice hot breakfast buffet with many choices.

Booked 5 rooms with pay at check in on Hotels.com. 5 different names for each room. Hour and a have before checking in they started charging the credit card used to hold the rooms. Then getting there and checking in, charged some people twice, charged me 2x on 2 separate cards. I will NEVER stay here again

Stayed for a weekend trip based on positive reviews. Suite was poorly maintained. Room upon entry had a couch bed that couldn't quite go back into the frame. Signs of water damage in multiple spots in the bathroom. Buffet ran from 6 to 10 am on Saturday and when we arrived at 9, it was completely empty - the emptiest buffet I've ever seen in travel for work or pleasure. Not even a piece of fruit or yogurt left. Felt bad for the one guy working trying to put anything in it. Front desk was friendly but hotel is definitely in need of some TLC. I expected more for the price.

Close to everything. A beautiful walk to the canal. Comfy bed.

Great location downtown. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Nice room bed was comfortable the sofa bed on the other hand was broke and my daughter slept with her head hanging down a bit. We got in late so we just dealt with it since we were only staying one night. It would have been nice to hear an “I’m sorry about that” but all I got was I’ll put it on my the maintenance list. The bathroom had wall was being repaired because it had some type of compound on it and the door had some damage perhaps the sofa bed was damaged on the same time the door and wall were? Although I liked the location I would look for another stay. Customer service is important to me and I think it lacked.

Clean room and friendly staff

No parking on site. Except for hospital, and handicap. Even though I’m disabled parking was never offered to me, and we were flat out told we couldn’t parking. Signs all over the lot for shuttle parking when no shuttle service is offered and when it was in the past it was only for airline staff and not for guests.
