Good location, free breakfast (not continental either), gym, close to public transportation, nice cozy spacious room with two TVs, and helpful staff.
-
L'emplacement est pratique, le quartier le soir a beaucoup d'itinérants comme partout ailleurs à Buffalo. Les fenêtres extérieures sont sales.

Staff was very helpful. Property and rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. Bedroom tv in the suite was not adjustable and off to the side. No on site parking made check in and check out more difficult than it had to be.

Everything was great and was in walking distance of everything we needed. We ran into Byron who was absolutely a joy to talk with and very helpful. Eddie and Jack at the front desk were also exceptional and helpful. The room was amazing, the whole stay was great. The only thing we thought was weird was we had to go to another floor for the ice machine but that wasn't even that big of a deal!
