Holiday Inn Express & Suites Buffalo Downtown - Medical CTR by IHG

Biggest issue is parking. There is a parking garage/ramp two blocks away and that is where they will have you park. Unfortunately, when I went there it was full. I found a temporary spot on the street and asked the desk person at the hotel if they had other options. He said I needed to find one myself

Coffee machine was great. The staff was polite and very attentive. Parking is on the street and a hassle on a weekday. The breakfast runs out quickly. Pancake machine needs to be improved.

Lack of parking

This hotel was a great deal. Decent price, clean room, good breakfast. The only downfall was the parking.

Do not stay at this hotel ! There was a constant noise , like a train/subway or construction site. Very loud. Plus being downtown ,lots of sirens. Also there is no on site parking. A structure 2 blocks away or street parking only. Tiny lobby and no amenities. We liked the studio room but it had the most uncomfortable furniture.

There is no parkingon the property, no pool or hot tub, and our toilet in our room wasn’t working.

Great location

Fresh breakfast, coffee smelled good when we entered the lobby this morning!

It was a clean and nice room but we errr on an outside room and the electric trains/ trolleys on rails was so loud. Going by every 20 minutes so we got no sleep.

Hotel is nice but the parking is terrible! They don’t have a lot for overnight and they don’t give a discount for the parking garage around the corner. You have to park on the street but good luck if it’s the weekend!

Room was clean. Staff was helpful with local attractions/parking. Close to the train.

The hotel was excellent and our stay was great. However, because there is no onsite parking, you have to pay to park in a public parking garage that was a block or two away. This was additional costs.
