Miscommunication and a rundown/dirty hotel are two things I cannot justify, let alone not having a room ready for my paid in full reservation. Very frustrating experience…

Great hotel, location to downtown and the trolly make it easy to get around, hotel is clean, staff is great, this is my go to hotel when visiting Buffalo.

Great stay with kids, they loved the unique pool on the 11th floor overlooking the city. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is great as well for kids. Front desk, bar and valet staff were all lovely. Would come back again for the service alone. 10/10.

Our room wasn't ready at check-in. It was a Sunday and they had just finished a busy weekend. We went to the small restaurant to eat some dinner while we were waiting. It took longer than usual and we went to check after about an hour to see if they were still in the process of getting our room. The manager was extremely apologetic and was working on getting the room cleaned and ready. He comped our dinner for the inconvenience, It wasn't something we asked for - but it was a nice gesture. Our room was ready after we finished with dinner.

Great hotel! The staff truly make the experience and, even with such a busy weekend, make you feel cared for and seen. There are little things around that show thoughtfulness and consideration for guests and my family and I were so glad to have been able to come here for the weekend.

We checked in at 5 and was told there weren't any king bed room available. I didn't really care but the staff member said, thanks for understanding here's a drink voucher. The drink voucher was forcing me to purchase a meal to get it... No thank you. The room was old and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Not the best experience.

The hotel itself is not particularly fancy or well maintained. The pool is a nice amenity, and the front desk staff were pretty helpful. If you won't spend too much time in the room itself, it is an average accommodation that can save you money to spend on other things.

I liked the hotel, had a gym and a pool. Very nice staff, breakfast is fire, and if you love Starbucks, they have there. Room was real clean, nice view, nice bathroom, I loved that they had an iron as well. Overall it’s a good hotel.

Rooms are in rough shape
