Everything was excellent.

We were in room 1521, the bed was really soft, somewhat worn out, the bathroom was fine, it was very dark though-could use better lighting by the entry door-light was in the closet?

Location is perfect, the room was big and spacious. The pool needs a renovation for sure.

My first stay here. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. Check-in took less than 5 minutes. The valet staff was super awesome. The Starbucks here was amazing. I visited every morning and got my usual every day and my drink was perfect each time. The baristas were friendly every morning. The restaurant was excellent. Great food and drinks. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was insanely comfortable. Hands down the most comfortable bed I've slept on while traveling.

Room had stains all over the floor. The shower was very difficult to operate and needs maintenance. The pool lights did not work and was pitch black at night. There was debris in the pool floating and it was not corrected during our stay. I would never stay here again. We paid more for the better hotel and it was not worth it. Expedia let us down and we’ll be using other booking services going forward.

Great place right in downtown! Walking distance to many restaurants and amenities.

A friend and I arrived for a show at Artpark and were delighted to find everything easy and convenient. The staff were great, and our room was wonderful (very clean and spacious). The location was also great for getting to and from Artpark with no hassles and also great for access to great food and bars. For a one night stay, we couldn't have asked for more.

They gave my room to someone else and gave me an inferior room. The bed was old and hilly.

I learned on my last day that this hotel has fired people for trying to unionize the staff. Had I known this earlier, I would not have chosen to spend my travel money here.

The room was clean. Atrium and bar were updated and nice. The place overall in the living quarters was defiantly in need of an update. Place was half new half old overall not horrible for the price.

Friendly front desk stsff Guest room furniture needs a face lift... Doesn't match the lobby or common space ambience

From the beginning the gentleman behind the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He was very informative about where we could park. He was very helpful when I wanted to change my reservation from two double beds to a king. The room was very clean and very spacious. I couldn't get over how big the room was and how big our TV was in the room. Bathroom was very clean and good size and a nice shower. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel

We were there for 3 nights. No one ever cleaned our room even though we were out of the room all day. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working the day we arrived. Had the hardest time getting maintenance. They fixed it the second day, it stopped working again the third day and when I called the front desk I was told a technician would be right up. 8 hours later when I returned it still wasn’t working. The technician came to the room at 12:30am, got it working and it stopped again at about 3:30am.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very central to most restaurants/bars around the area. Short walk to canalside and a quick trip to the zoo. The only negative is the toilet kept running even if not in use. Easy enough to block the noise by closing the door however. Pool was also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here
