The breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot food options. The eggs were served cold straight from the refrigerator and appeared to be pre-cooked rather than freshly prepared. In addition, the fruit was covered with small flies. Considering the hotel's luxury image in its advertising and the price we paid, the experience did not meet our expectations. In our opinion, the quality does not justify the cost.

Staff was excellent from Check in, to the valet, bar tender and service staff who brought me tooth paste and brush.

This is one of, if not the best, decorated hotels I have ever stayed in. It is absolutely beautiful. The room was large. The automation was insane. Lighting controls, high tech toilet, high tech shower with multiple shower head options. The rooftop bar is great. The urban hot spring was amazing. I wish we had time for the spa.

Amazing showers

We had a wonderful stay! The facility is absolutely beautiful, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs. We also appreciated the excellent customer service. When we discovered that the bidet in our room wasn't working, the staff moved us to another room the next day and even upgraded us and gave us drink vouchers, which was a very thoughtful gesture. From the beautiful property to the attentive service, everything exceeded our expectations. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

The bathroom the staff esp the valet parkers Somewhat worn sofa in room 407 threads on arm. Sofa not really comfortable to sit on. The 1est day the comp breakfast, pasteries were not cooked properly. Raw could not eat. After that we brought our own sweet rolls and bread for toast. We stayed here a night or 2 I think closer to reno of hotel. Of course most importantly your staff are wonderful. So I will take that with me

This hotel was great. Loved everything about it. The rooms were great, the bathroom was amazing. Both the rooftop bar and main bar were fun with a great drink selection. I would highly recommend.

Very spacious, clean , tastefully decorated, quick service, polite and helpful staff

The bed was comfy, decor beautiful, we loved the hot spring pool.

Bidet! Best linens ever. Best bed. Room with a view! the whole bathroom is deluxe 6 shower heads in the shower! Hot springs on the ground floor. The decor is lovely. A lot of thought went into the planning and execution of this little gem of a hotel. Staff was well trained, can-do and all had great people skills. They are proud of where they work which is great. Small thing: Both mornings there were swarms of fruit flies on the fresh fruit at the complimentary breakfast bar. I would have loved to have eaten fresh fruit in the am and stayed away from it.

Excellent location . The hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The pool is everything. Really enjoyed the stay here and I would stay here again if I come back.

Great stay, clean and comfy room with huge bed! The breakfast is very limited and the hotel doesn’t have loads of restaurants nearby.

Rooms were amazing and the staff were excellent. Dave was a fantastic server and very accounting. Ramona was excellent and the hosting staff too. Food was excellent. Breakfast was very average and below expectations for a five star

Beautiful place, easy access to downtown where we needed to be. Clean and staff was super friendly! The bed quality wasn’t great and the sheets were so stiff and starchy feeling. Wasn’t the best bed for the quality of the rest of the hotel. Also did not like the “weighted” dry bar system. Thankfully we made ur known we didn’t read or see the sign until after we touched and moved things around.

1-the breakfast was very basic (cold foods only) unless you up charge to order. 2-though there was a small vanity light, I really would have loved to seen the larger mirrors in the bathroom lit up. 3- the mini fridge situation was almost a nightmare… just by lifting an item you’re automatically charged. I didn’t know that and was moving things around and ending up getting charged (later removed) for almost $300 worth of stuff. Plus the mini fridge itself is just not friendly to any kind of food you want to store. 4- there were people having sex in the hot springs pool the one time I could actually go for a dip. Ew.

After I left, the hotel falsely accused me of damaging property and charged me $1000 without alerting me as to why. The manager, Jordan Kroecker, was very unprofessional, refusing to provide his name after making these false accusations. Additionally, the charge was arbitrary because they told me the damage would cost $3,500. This was an extremely disappointing experience.
