We had a wonderful stay! The hot springs were so relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our trip!

I have never experienced a more helpful and pleasant staff! Every single member I came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to chat. My room was lovely and comfortable. The drapes didn't work, so I had to do them manually, but no big deal. The two things I wish were different: no ice machine on the floor. I didn't want to call down to have ice brought up, because I didn't have any cash for a tip. It would be better if I could have least gone and picked it up somewhere. Not a huge deal. The second thing was the fact that I could not get room service breakfast. I appreciate the complimentary breakfast served downstairs; however, I prefer to take my time in the morning and enjoy my coffee and a bite at my leisure. I did not avail myself of the breakfast as I did not want to have to get dressed before I was ready. Even if it was available on the weekends for those guests interested in a slower start, it would be nice. I can't say enough about the Spa. Incredible treatments and wonderful technicians. I can't wait to return to the Curtiss for another luxurious weekend.

Great location. The staff was welcoming. The rooms were gorgeous. Free valet parking was a bonus. Would for sure stay here again.

Hotel was well maintained and the amenities were great. Location was also ideal; close by various restaurants and music venues.

The tv was frustrating to use, I also told them I was going to pay in cash and when I left someone else was at the front desk and didn’t know how to do that. I use to stay here often and loved it. My room was also small and didn’t have a nice view. Loud noises from the street as well

The rooms were high tech. Electronic drapes, shower control, do not disturb, thermostat, etc. Bidet was nice. Room was clean, but there was some debris under the bed. Hotel is nice, but not spacious. Like there's no large space to hang out and the lobby is small. Elevator is dark, and you need your room key to make it move. It's hard to see the floor numbers in the dim light and quite often before we could press the right number the elevator was already going somewhere else. Some of the staff were a bit unprofessional, but not in a rude way. The breakfast room was nice, but the free breakfast had almost zero variety over our six night stay. The quality of what they served was good though. All in all I would stay there again.

This is a lovely property, though some cracks are starting to show with age. Overall, a wonderful experience. And I can't say it enough: the valets are exceptional, both in their friendliness and their helpfulness.

Fantastic hotel experience. Definitely more of an adult getaway but a welcome change from other hotels. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot food options. The eggs were served cold straight from the refrigerator and appeared to be pre-cooked rather than freshly prepared. In addition, the fruit was covered with small flies. Considering the hotel's luxury image in its advertising and the price we paid, the experience did not meet our expectations. In our opinion, the quality does not justify the cost.

Staff was excellent from Check in, to the valet, bar tender and service staff who brought me tooth paste and brush.

This is one of, if not the best, decorated hotels I have ever stayed in. It is absolutely beautiful. The room was large. The automation was insane. Lighting controls, high tech toilet, high tech shower with multiple shower head options. The rooftop bar is great. The urban hot spring was amazing. I wish we had time for the spa.
