The room & bathroom were clean & the very large TV worked easily. There were enough elevators for quick access. The breakfast was very good. Reception staff were friendly & professional. It was helpful to be able to store luggage while touring. Very well located for easy car access.

They allowed us to check in 2 hours early which was extremely helpful. After we checked out, they held our baggage for 2 additional hours until we went to the bus station. We were so appreciative of all of this. Everything was wonderful

The staff, the location. The bathrooms are dated. Mildew/mold in multiple bathrooms that I checked. Bathrooms should always be very clean but this was a maintenance issue. The bathrooms caulking was peeling and there was black mildew on multiple places. I asked for another room which staff quickly agreed to but I had to check multiple rooms in order to find a bathroom with the least amount. For the cost of a night I don’t feel I should have to feel uncomfortable using the shower. The price adjustment was not offered to me either

The facilities were clean. The key card helps gain access to rooms, elevator, and also the doors after 8PM; I appreciated the security. The beds and pillows were comfy. The water pressure was great. The breakfast area had many seating options. Uber services made getting to Terminal B a breeze. The greeting on the TV screen was a nice welcoming touch. No complaints

Staff was friendly, great location, parking was easy and breakfast was awesome They did have to change our room from the original 1 bedroom king to a 2 bedroom queen without our permission

called prior to booking and was told i could have a 3pm checkout and he would cost $50. i agreed to that and booked. 2 days later I checked in and was denied the 3pm checkout and was told by hotel staff that reservations doesn’t know their rules. unfortunately for them i called and talked directly to hotel staff. would not of stayed here only did for check out. Beds are like bricks. pool and hot tub nice. Breakfast is worth missing.

bed is very comfortable. appreciate the beverage facilities and ice dispenser facility. all good.
