Clean room. Lack of staff .

Love the breakfast, and the room was clean. The pool is cold, called the desk and said they will send maintenance tomorrow. The fitness gym lacks equipments.

All facilities its good and relaxing.

The experience was good. I would just expect a little more from a newly renovated hotel attempting to renew their image. (Front desk, consider adding room service, valet was hard to find as they were sitting down behind a corner away from their station). I’m fine with it, but details do matter.

Very nice accommodations for downtown Buffalo but if you are looking for Niagara Falls, there is much more at Niagara Falls

Everything was great! Clean rooms and very helpful stuff. The valet parking. I would prefer parking where I can access my car at any time.

This property is a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff and front desk team were welcoming, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotless and cozy—perfect for me and my two teenage grandchildren. Even though the hotel was packed because of college move‑in week, the service never faltered. Breakfast was absolutely yummy, and the whole stay felt easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back for sure. Paying for parking

Clean and the Valle guy was great Check in is ok but when I wanted to check out I had to wait for the front desk personnel coz she was not there No drinking water in the room Microwave was defective Price was really high

Nice restaurant, and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and not loud from any outside traffic. Pool was ok, a little cold, and could have been maintained a bit better, but was nice to have.

The room was fantastic. The attendant checking me in should take a class or two on cu a timer service. Also, prepaid room money is jist as good as wedding party money. A family of 3 should be given with the same customer service a large party.
