Lenox Hotel and Suites
About Lenox Hotel and Suites

As the oldest continuously operating hotel in Buffalo, NY the building is now both a hotel and residential building in the heart of the Allentown district, just minutes from downtown. Staff and hotel were satisfactory.

Excellent hotel. Staff were excellent. Room was clean. Real vintage bathroom but in impeccable condition. Great hotel to stay at and I can see no reason to find another. Close to all. Great place to stay!!! Thank you

We stayed one night & throughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was immaculately clean & the water pressure was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

this is a no frills hotel, just a room-with a small fridge freezer and one basic tiny coffee maker in the room, nothing else. normally it is ok for us but this time was bad. first we had to change rooms-the chemical smell was overwhelming-the second room was better and had more than a pedestal sink as the first room, but it also had strong smell of chemical. At first not sure why, since we stayed there several times prior with no smell, but then noticed little things flying around. They allow dogs and after coming home with several flea bites, I imagine they use strong chemical now because there is a flea problem. It is a shame since it was affordable but chemical and fleas is below what we expect. This hotel needs to either no longer allow dogs or keep them to an upper level from a difference entrance.

The property was old style, which we enjoyed the entrance was beautiful, the people at the front desk were both helpful and extremely friendly

Nice vintage style hotel. Great location; walking distance to very nice eateries. Great price.

The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The building is old but it was clean. Parking was available on site and the staff was very nice.

I enjoy my stay.

I enjoyed this historic hotel. Little things needed updating in my room. The towel rack rod was partially taped. The paint is peeling/cracked in some spots. And an old fixture was sticking out of the floor in front of the tub. The shower was labeled as two cold knobs, which confused my teenager. However with all that said, I will gladly stay there again on the future.

Staff was helpful and room had a great view of city and water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lenox!. If you like historic BnB's you'll like this historic hotel. Very clean and comfortable with historic charm and modern amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's our new favorite place to stay when visiting Buffalo.

Thus is an older, charming hotel. I did not realize that some people reside there. At first I was put off by this. But -- the room was very clean and neat. The staff were friendly. The parking safe and convenient. All people encountered were friendly. The hotel was quiet. Check in and check out were easy.

The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup.

I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work.
