Really enjoyed my peace and quiet

The room was very clean the staff was very nice & helpful very understandable absolutely love the stay. Kids loved the pool area game area also the basketball court in the back really enjoyed the stay wished we could've stayed a few days longer.

The staff were friendly and helpful - including the driver of the airport shuttle who drove us to a particular place that we needed to get a bus (rather than a flight). The breakfast was far better than similar hotels. I wish we would have had time to swim as the pool looked lovely too. Perfect stay next to the airport - thanks for having us!

Very good

One of the things we really appreciated was the complimentary evening service they offered on Wednesdays, with wine, beer, and snacks. They also had soup available, which was especially wonderful after driving through the damp, rainy weather. We were looking for something warm and comforting, and the soup really hit the spot! Overall, it was a very welcoming experience, and the thoughtful complimentary service was a lovely touch.

We arrived late on the 13 only to find out our reserved 2 bed suite was overwritten by the manager and given to someone else! And we were given a king suite instead. I pay extra for a 2 bed suite because of health issues we need 2 beds. I will think twice before booking this hotel in the future.

Only issue I did have thru no fault of their own is I am handicap and have extremely hard time walking. The accessible room was down middle of hall and not near entrance or any of the parking entrances which would have made it much easier for me. But I loved my room and would still go back there and have plans in the future to do so. Thank you so much.

We were a little disappointed they could not accommodate joining rooms as requested and put our parties on different floors but everything else was great. Best pool and hot tub!

The ladies that work the breakfast are friendly and have that place stocked up and clean. They are on top of it! The front desk is super helpful. The cleaning crew is also wonderful. The property is pristine. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Hotel itself is well-appointed on the surface however there are some flaws. The courtyard is a great place to hang out but you get locked out of the pool area and can't get back in with a room key without walking all the way around. The hotel has a self-pour beverage station but you must provide ID to the front desk to purchase a card to use it and they cut you off at $20 which doesn't even get you 2 full drinks. Each person has to have their own card so to get a drink for my husband and I, I had to go back to the room twice to get ID all for 1.5 drinks even though I had just shown my ID to check in. The ice machine is on the second floor complete opposite side of where our room was located on the first floor. The door to come in by our room wouldn't work with a room key so had to walk all the way around the hotel to the front entrance after putting our bags in the car in the morning. Overall not as convenient and more annoying that we had hoped for a brief stay to break up our long drive across the state.
