Reviews

The beds were terrible. You could see where people had slept
-
The great thing about the hotel was the closeness to the shuttle taking us to the Bills game.

Clean and well maintained

First impressions are important. The elevator floors were dirty. They needed a vacuum on the carpet and mopping on the floor. I tried to enter the side door with my key. It did not work. I went around to the back and the doors were open. Didn’t even need a key. Question security. My room was neat and clean. Breakfast was acceptable. check-in and check out staff were pleasant. My bed was comfortable.

decent place. breakfast eggs tasted weird. great free parking. appreciate the lemon infused water. The room with the dogs smell

Overall, the stay was mixed. The room itself was comfortable. However, on my first night another guest was issued a key to my already-occupied room and was able to open the door before the interior latch stopped him. The overnight front-desk response afterward felt dismissive rather than reassuring. The next morning, the employee apologized, explained it appeared to be a system issue, and reset my keys, which I appreciated. Some staff interactions during the stay also felt unfriendly. The room was good, but the security/access issue and customer service significantly affected the experience.

You could tell the room hadn’t actually been cleaned in a while. There were crumbs on the ground, the bathroom was a bit gross, and the microwave didn’t work. I asked for someone to come check out why my tv wasn’t able to show the local channels, and they never came. If you need a place to stay overnight and don’t need to take a clean shower, this is your place. Definitely not worth over $200 a night

The mid: not enough towels for 3 people- had to get more which housekeeping took and never replaced for day 2, no body wash in shower- only shampoo and conditioner, only 1 soap for shower and sink. The bad: check-in staff member not too friendly, only 2 ice machines (1 broken)- had to go to 6th floor for ice. Cable on tv not working- told to jiggle wires (?)- needed remote batteries. The weird: We could hear the people in the room next door(actual conversations) but only while in the bathroom- otherwise it was quiet.

Front desk was very helpful in changing my room accommodations. Shuttle service was also excellent.
-
I would rather have the sink and vanity in the bathroom… It’s kind of weird having to leave the bathroom to wash your hands.
-
Great and clean room. Staffs were busy but they still welcomed me kindly. The place is really close to the airport…could be a bit noisy sometimes, but I am all okay with it.
-
The long term parking was ideal. It is in an extension of the regular lot and is gated. The person at the desk gives you a sign with pick up date to hang. You follow the shuttle driver into the lot and park your car. They will drive you back to the door of the hotel. Only $10/day.

I was travelling alone with my child and had two suitcases. We had no choice but to carry our luggage and walk down from the sixth floor to the lobby. The staircase was very narrow and steep, and people were constantly going both up and down. We had to keep stopping and moving aside to let others pass. It felt unsafe, exhausting, and extremely stressful. The air conditioner in our room was also making a very loud rumbling noise throughout the entire night. The noise did not stop and made it very difficult for us to sleep. For travellers carrying luggage, travelling with children, or needing to catch a flight, these are serious problems. We could not sleep properly, and what should have been a simple checkout became a nightmare. The hotel needs to maintain its air conditioners and provide a better solution for the elevator during busy checkout hours.
