The lady who was at the breakfast area was cursing the people all around.

Had a nice stay while my brother was in a nearby hospital. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was decent and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

If the price is cheaper, there’s usually a reason.

Overdue for a renovation. Carpet worn, bed toppers both had holes, and mold on bathroom ceiling (no exhaust fan). Complimentary breakfast was average.

Toilet was definitely dirty, with dark scum in the corners of the floor and tub. Toilet didn’t flush properly.

Our room was incredibly dirty. Mould in the showers. Carpet throughout were damp and the whole room was musty. Shower curtain dirty and stunk like body odour. Sink would not drain. I’m overall extremely grossed out and disappointed. Especially for the price point.

My family and I loved the hotel rooms and the lobby/dining area. Charles at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The indoor pool was ok but very hot. The buffet breakfast was very nice. There were a lot of selections. I would definitely recommend the Comfort Inn in Buffalo!
