Nice old school hotel

Initial check in was done incorrectly. There was hair outside spa and housecleaning was inconsistent.

We stayed at The Delavan our last night of our trip to Toronto. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Staff was Amazing, especially the front Desk and at the Bar!!!

The room is always clean and comfortable. Peaceful, not a lot of noise or children running around screaming. The staff are always pleasant.

The rooms were lovely, the staff were lovely. We were only here for a brief 1 night stop and it was wonderful. We stayed in the USA for 14 nights and stayed in 6 hotels and the 1 night here was by far the best of them all. The hotel is close to places to eat and places to grab some essentials. Honestly its massively personal and maybe an Australian thing, but the only thing Id have changed about the stay would be to have a separate toilet entrance rather from inside the bathroom (the toilet in the bathroom had a door but as a family with teenagers was not an option to use the toilet while someone was showering)

Was a good stay but hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed two years ago. Carpets in hallways needed cleaning; door deadbolt was malfunctioning; poor lighting in the room. The positives comfortable bed; excellent bathroom;nice fitness center despite the fact that there were no towels available each time I went and disinfectant wipes were empty.

Nice rooms, no pool and the gym needs some modernization.

Sonny was great, the hotel however was not. The room is advertised as sound proof but we could hear tvs from other rooms, people talking in other rooms, cars driving by throughout the night, and other peoples alarm clocks going off all morning. I do not recommended this place.

Dated appliances but everything was kept clean. Staff was friendly. Attached restaurants were expensive but the food was very good

Met Sonny and he was a great first welcome to the site.

It was a little cold in thecroom but otherwise just fine.

Exceptional

The room was nice but there was no soap in the dispenser, the mattress cover was stained and when I went to the desk to askel for a blanket I was informed that there was no additional linens in the hotel.

Great property. Bed was a little on the firm side but everything else was great! Will stay here again!

Excellent stay! Accommodations and staff were all wonderful.

Beautiful lobby/snack bar there to get breakfast/clean Bed was really uncomfortable. No one got much sleep that night.
