It was clean and quiet.

Bad mattress, sleep quality not so good

It’s an old Victorian style hotel. Mattress was not comfortable at all! I would give the overall experience a hard 6

Easy check in, plenty of parking, large room. This was my second time staying here and I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future

Sonny was working during our check in time. He was so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We ate at the in house restaurant, Perla. The food was delicious and had a great vibe. There was live music in the other restaurant/bar area that sounded great! Overall, I would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and the room was nice. The convenience of the restaurants being in the hotel was a plus. Would stay here again.

Nothing special about the breakfast. The pool table that shows in the picture, is not there anymore. Also, I wish the room would have at least a mini fridge.

The establishment on the ground floor is very nice but the rooms were mediocre at best. Our pillows had stains and we asked for replacements and were told they did not have any. A little while later we saw the front desk worker bringing pillows to another room. We asked about it and he said “these are spare pillows.” Oookkkaaay. For such a “nice” establishment no complimentary breakfast was available. The elevator smelled TERRIBLE! And the picture that was advertised was very misleading.

There were noise problems that we felt weren't addressed properly.

Must say was the most disappointing point even though the service was great there was no swimming pool no spa and it was closed for two days that we were there so we couldn't enjoy the spa. That is the reason why we went to that location

The carpet tiles in the 3rd floor hallway were loose making the place looked not maintained at all, it is also a safety issue for both staff and guests. There is also a disgusting smell in the elevator, not sure if it is from carpet cleaner used or musty smell from the carpet itself.
