Great property, friendly staff from front desk, to housekeeping and even the breakfast bar.

I was a gret and restful stay

Room 504 smells heavily of animal (maybe human) urine. The smell hits you in the face every time you walk in the door. The shower was luke warm to be generous after a lengthy warm up period. Others within the company did not have this experience at this location. Did not complain to management or ask for a room change, just sucked it up and stayed.

Needing a getaway from home, chose this hotel. Nice front desk employees. Nice housekeeping attendants. Room was ok. Carpet had large spill stain on the floor. No microwave in the room so no heating leftovers. Was not told the breakfast was a pay breakfast. I was annoyed after going down and being embarrassed. I was not offered the pay breakfast upon check-in. I would have gladly paid. The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floors were empty every time I attempted to get ice. Disappointing. On a good note, the infused water upon check-in and check-out was delicious. I came home to research the dispenser to buy one for myself. Check in and out were overall easy, despite the breakfast hiccup. Mini store/snack area was stocked well. Food delivery delivered to my door at my request. Would overall rate this hotel 7.5 out of 10.
