Had to pay to park my car overnight, at the hotel I was sleeping at. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was very friendly.

Great hotel for 2 nights stop

I’m a travel advisor so usually I take pictures of the room I’m staying in, but this was an impromptu trip and I was with my kids, so I didn’t. The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. That wasn’t a big deal, but it was annoying because I had three kids with me and planned on using the couch as a bed. There was a moth in my room. The waffle cleaner and the juice machine wasn’t as clean as I’d prefer it to be. Overall, it was okay. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. All the staff I encountered were nice though. I’d give it a 2.5/5.

Traveled 11 hours and denied check in because we arrived at 2 am Monday and the hotel said it’s technically still Sunday even though it was after midnight. I understand policy but the humane thing to do is to let a woman and her children check in and not have to sleep in the car until able to check in. It was either pay for Sunday or wait to check in, because my reservation was booked for Monday. Will not be returning!!

The rooms were very big and fit our family of five well this was a last-minute stay as the hotel we booked (in a different city) was awful and we had to drive and find another hotel. I was super pleased with this stay. The breakfast was delicious and it was super close to the mall and Topgolf.

staff was great

WiFi was weak and spotty. I like to share photos while traveling, this was almost impossible. The signal was barely capable of looking up local restaurants. I was unhappy with how parking was handled by a third party, but that seems typical among similar hotels in the area. The evening staff was very helpful in helping is locate items that had been shipped to us at the property, I want to recognize that as a positive.

Everything was great except the shower head had very little pressure.
