Great location for us.

Have stayed here many times and it is not only convenient but the staff is always courteous and professional to all of our needs.

Only complaint is paid parking. Is this normal for hotels in Atlanta? Had to pay for two nights. Otherwise, room was clean, staff was helpful and nice, and everything went smoothly.

Exceptional

The check-in process was seamless, which is literally had to present our ID and we were given our key to go to the room. The room was a nice size with comfortable beds and a nice mini bar. The bathroom was spacious. The shower was a bit too small but still nice. Everything was clean. Our daily room maintenance was also very good and timely without having to askThe breakfast was very good. It was hot and fresh every day. The only complaint I have is that the lobby AC didn’t feel like it was on so the lobby was very warm and the indoor pool area was also very warm but all in all it was a very good stay.

Staff was great. Breakfast was great (especially for a free one). Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was outstanding. Wonderful restaurants as well as retail stores within walking distance. The only negative was an excessive fragrance (mostly from the bed). At first I thought is was from cleaning products or air freshener, but I suspect it could have been the fabric softener or detergent used on the bed clothes. It's a common problem and this wasn't as bad as some other hotels I've used. I still give it two thumbs up. BTW it is right across the street from the Mall of Georgia.

Good place for one night head rest, and head out.

Do not come here !!! Paying extra for parking plus pool was closed at 9 pm and staff very rude

The room did smell like cigarette smoke. Towels and sheets were clean. Staff was amazing and helpful! Beds are comfortable. We would have asked to switch rooms but it was so late and we were exhausted. For the price, it was a fair deal.

Close to shopping Moldy, outlets didn’t work right, tv control didn’t work, ceilings were moldy and floors were dirty.
