The only thing they could improve on is if there’s more than a couple people staying in a room is leaving more towels in the room.

Had large king bed room. Very clean and everything in operational condition. Parking is plentiful and free.

The rooms were super clean. The hotel smelled clean as soon as you walked in. The staff greeted us each time we came back into the hotel. The breakfast was delicious.(my favorite amenity)They had eggs every day, bacon two mornings, breakfast biscuit with egg cheese and sausage, and sausage links . Yesterday they had sausage gravy. The oatmeal bar was delightful. They provided so many toppings for the oatmeal. I choose craisins, raisins, brown sugar, pecans and butter. The coffee was a bit strong. But tasty after adding lots of cream. The inside pool was clean and we had the whole pool to ourselves! Many Stocked towels for the pool. Free parking. I felt safe. It was a Nice area and plenty of places to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back to visit. It was our anniversary and glad that we choose this hotel.

Breakfast was cold, the room wasn’t ready. They tried to give me a room that I didn’t reserve and the guy tells me they didn’t have anymore rooms and if I wanted to check out!!!! This was at 9 pm at night. Terrible!!

We stayed in the exact same room as our visit four months ago. The room was great, however, the included continental breakfast was not so great. The oatmeal bar add-ins, (raisins, brown sugar, variety of nuts etc.) along with the bagel variety and cream cheese pods did not taste fresh. The Belgium waffle batter was took thick to allow it to expand in the waffle iron, and the trash cans were already overflowing on Sunday morning at 7:20am. (Only 20 minutes after the breakfast buffet opened) We brought our concerns about the freshness of the food to the male employee that seemed to be restocking the food products on Saturday morning, but the same food, along with the poor taste and even worse waffle batter were present for Sunday morning's buffet. My family and I also noticed that none of the staff we encountered during this stay were the same as the staff we met in March. Is this possibly the reason for the less than stellar experience we had during our stay this week?

Breakfast chairs and stool seats need to be replaced. I have been staying at the hotel for years and the seats are worn more each time

Breakfast was good, staff was efficient and friendly, parking was easy, room was clean!

The breakfast is supposed to end at 10 am and we got there at 8am and the breakfast was finished. We asked for it to be refilled but not much was done. The breakfast area was dirty from food spilled on the counters and floor. The coffee was cold we ended up going to eat out.

My highest rating was due to the ataff. Mario during check in and other inquiries was professional. Now. CANDACE who tended to the morning buffet was above and beyond attentive to her work. The buffet and seating area was very tidy. The food was always replenished. Our 1st day there i was shocked the eggs were real scrambled. I was ready for powdered eggs like every where else. Turns out Candace cracked and cooked the eggs too! There was every food option available. The hotel is a bit dated but that could change if they paint over the yellow walls in the rooms. My carpet im room 224 had a nikel sized stickiness like candy or gum gross to step on but so small i see how it was overlooked. The beds are really comfortable ,King bed room with sofa was very spacious and the location was great! The pool area needed cleaning. It appeared dingy and i found an acrylic nail on my lounge chair. Id actually stay again but hope they improve a bit

The system was down and we had to walk downstairs 2x because the room key wouldn't work on room 226 she finally gave us a nother room

The bathroom smelled musty, the hotel appeared to need some work. First room checked in, the toilet was broken.

Good location and kind staff

Excellent service. The only thing I would change is better and brighter lighting in the bathroom.

The young lady at the check in desk was so helpful. I needed to repair my dress, and she grabbed a sewing kit from the cabinet. She was super helpful!

great except the mattress in the hide-a-bed/ couch was disgusting.

I was very disappointed overall. The toilet ran constantly. The tub water did not drain while taking a shower and took around 20 minutes to empty before the next person could shower. The room was very dusty as though no one had been in there for a while. On the good side the towels and bedding was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. I was concerned because when I checked in there was another person who called the front desk to say their air conditioner was not working. This is a nice area but this hotel is not what you expect. I was there only one night so I did not make a stink but will definitely not be going back. This place is in need of management for oversight and repair needs. P Breakfast is 7 am to 10 am but my family went at 9 and nothing was left except yogurt and milk. There was no replenishment of the items that were originally placed out.
