Best Western Plus Burlington

Hotel was just as described in the description.

Spacious breakfast room. The entrance and the lobby is very nicely decorated and well cared for the staff is excellent. They are very friendly and helpful when we are in the area we always stay at this Best Western.

The hotel is cozy but dated. Great Staff! Breakfast was good. Rooms were dated but mostly clean. Bathroom was tiny! Television channels were mediocre and very few for selection. Parking was great! Overall, the hotel staff was super nice! The pool/patio outdoors area was inviting and great.

I usually stay there two or three times a year at this facility and the staff is great the rooms are always clean, breakfast is great and I have no complaints.

We only stayed one night and I was impressed with how clean the room was. Beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels in the bathroom. TV was big and a good sized refrigerator and Microwave are in the room. Plenty of places in the room to charge your electronics and a charging dock on the nightstand. Plenty of lamps and seating. I like that you have to enter with your key card to get into the entrances to the rooms so no one off the street can enter. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food options near by. There’s a Walmart and Target within a few miles. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Very clean room, great accessibility, very nice restaurant off the hotel, and we felt very comfortable having our dog with us. Thanks to the staff for job well done!

The room was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was well maintained and clean. A pleasant experience overall!

MY STAY AT BEST WESTERN PLUS was super ...front desk staff was excellent ...room was very nice and very clean...pool and sitting area were great...breakfast was very good with a nice selection of foods...I'll stay here every time im in town !!

The only issue is their water temperature fluctuates so bad you can have it on ice cold and it’ll turn really really hot or vice versa

I was there on business. My room was clean, perfect for work, the staff was extremely accommodating. I will stay again in September for another business trip.

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and nice, cool and clean. The pool area was very nice outside pool with semi enclosed seating areas around it.. the linens were soft to use.

The property was well maintained, quiet, and clean. The staff was welcoming and professional.

We checked in during a power outage, it wasn't until weeds I'd we were going somewhere else that the desk staff decided we could check in and go to our room. After an hour the power came on. The next night the power went out again and was told only the manager could "flip the switch" and he was not on property, but would be here in 20 min. 40 min later no manager so we checked out. Asked for 1 night refund and Ricky at the desk said he would process refund when power came on, still waiting. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to rest, maintain hence made aware but nothing done. Use best judgement if choosing this hotel.

Room was clean, breakfast is good. Everything is so automated nowadays it was seamless and exactly what we needed. Location is very convenient next to a number of shopping and dining options.
