The rooms are very nice for a longer stay since they all have a full kitchen with appliances, living area with fireplace, and 2 closets. They offer a decent breakfast. We were only there for 1 night, but we would come again.

Pictures of property are inaccurate. The holes in the ceiling covered by vents, stains in shower, rust in refrigerator, my A/C didn’t work and carpet was really dirty ( turned my socks black). The pool was is not heated and pretty cold. Just pretty disappointed in our stay although it was short stay, we specifically chose this property for the amenities and modern look of hotel. This place is in desperate need of a remodel. Although it does reflect the price you pay.

Property is run down, weed-strewn with cracked, broken sidewalks and peeling paint. Room was dirty ( hair in shower when we arrived), stained rusted v bc bathtub. Faded, stained furnishings. Breakfast room dirty; sticky stain on one table watchers for two days-nothing wiped down. Looks like someone bought property and is planning on testing it down as NO maintenance or repairs have been done.

I've stayed here many times and I'm hesitant to return. The staff is friendly and helpful, however the state of the rooms are definitely deteriorating and now well cleaned. The bathroom especially - I think the cleaners forgot to clean our bathroom from the previous stay - garbage was full and the floor was pretty dirty. It's definitely seen it's days sadly.

The room was large and the layout was great. However there were a few ants on the counter. The sink leaked and water was on the counter. The hot tub did not work and was just a small pool. The breakfast was decent. It had a good variety of food.

Hotel rooms need to be cleaned and freshened up with paint and carpeting, especially the bathroom. We used to stay at this hotel often, but I don’t think we will be back.

Our room did not have hot water, but the staff was very helpful - they immediately offered for us to switch rooms. The morning coffee and continental breakfast were excellent. The property has a ton of potential, but the landscaping was in poor condition. Overall, a decent experience.

Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk. We waited about 8 minutes for someone to appear , despite us calling the front desk. When staff could be found, they tried to help. Never had prepared breakfast…too afraid.

The room was really spacious, clean sheets and towels. The breakfast was great. The location was so easy to get to for our trip to Burlington. One of the toilets had been clogged and not cleaned, the room had a strong smell of air freshener. It wasn't too bad for us, but would have been way to strong for someone sensitive to smells.

Location. Dirty. Clock did not work. Stained carpets. Water stains in a closet. Ventilation grills were built up with dust. Fireplace enclosure was missing a section. The shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall causing curtain to bunch towards the center and water to get all over floor, spoke to front desk Saturday morning, they said they’d send someone to fix it; by the time we left Sunday no one had shown up. An overfilled vacuum cleaner was left outside our door for the entire weekend. Saw housekeeping drop clean folded sheets off the cart and in to the ground, then picked up and put right back on the cart…!

* Promotional photos look entirely AI-generated and bear no resemblance to the actual, tired, and neglected condition of the property. Here are just a few of the major issues we encountered during this visit: * Dangerous Climate Control: The air conditioning unit was completely broken. When we tried to get help, reaching the staff by phone was a frustrating ordeal, and their idea of "fixing" it amounted to nothing as the unit still did not work. At one point, the room temperature climbed to over 80°F with our infant in the room, creating an unsafe and miserable environment. * Appalling Cleanliness: The room was far from clean. We found mystery stains in the bathtub and rust lining the inside of the mini-fridge. * Broken Amenities: Aside from the dead AC, our room's TV was broken. Elsewhere on the property, the hot tub was completely out of service, and an air vent was actively leaking water down into the pool area. *Unhelpful Staff: Beyond being unreachable or ineffective on the phone, when we brought these serious issues up in person, the staff was completely unhelpful, offering zero empathy for the situation.

First thing first, staff at front desk was friendly and polite. He did his best. Even though they had an open room when we got there (early) they charged me an extra $35 to get in. Room was not clean, spiders, no sheets or blankets for couch, stains on sheets and pillow case, breakfast was suppose to go until 10AM they shut it down at 9AM, so we had to leave facility to get breakfast, flower gardens were nothing but overgrown weeds. There were no paper towels in our room either. I'm just glad we were only there for one night.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly; however, they left the front desk unattended often, and the wait time until someone arrived was often over 5 minutes. An outdated Hotel that was run-down and in need of a deep clean and updating. The room was spacious, but the furniture, carpet, and appliances were old.
