When I arrived to check-in at 4pm my room still wasn’t ready (despite it being an hour after check-in had officially started). The front desk staff didn’t know this, gave me my room key, and sent me on my way. I carried all my luggage up to the room only to find it in disarray and in the process of being cleaned (although the cleaning staff were nowhere to be found). I returned to the front desk to let them know my room wasn’t ready, they didn’t seem to know what to do about it, and after disappearing for 15 minutes returned to tell me “I just had to wait”. I had a business meeting to attend, and had planned on showering and changing for it, but had to leave and attend in my casual travel clothes because I could not access the room. When I complained to customer service, they just said they wanted to make sure the room was clean. The staff were generally unhelpful and unapologetic about the situation. Do not bother staying here.

Breakfast was American style. Eggs, potatoes, suasages bread of a few kinds, cerials and muffins. Yogurt and fruit. Generouse. We asked for a quiet room, we received a very noisy one. The hotel is on a main road from Burlugnton to the east, the windows were not enough to avoid the noise.

The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

Hotel was very nice but sink was cracked - still useable but needs replacement. Also so minor damage to shower. Overall clean and staff was excellent. Would stay there again.

The room has everything including a small kitchen which was great. Also a large bathroom. Located for me was also great. Shower was a little lacking for pressure etc.

Book the La Quinta offer on Expedia (if you want to stay here ) it is $100-150 cheaper than the Wyndham. But if you are in or traveling to Burlington VT there are better places to stay as this hotel was noisy not just from it patrons but road noise. Staff was rude and the room was not ready at chalk-in time.
