New-ish, great staff, well-located, nice breakfast, mattress great, linens nice. Even though it’s new, things aren’t being dusted and it’s a shame. The nice commode under the bathroom sink, had visible accumulated dust under shelves.

Everything else was excellent, breakfast, clean upscale room especially the bathroom and friendly staff.

The hotel staff is very helpfull, front desk located in front of the elevators, so when the door open the great you with a smile and a hello. The parking is spacious. the breakfast is delicious, choices between waffles, eggs and potatoes and meat, yogourt, toast, bagles, english muffins. There was a problem with the room, it is mentioned that the change the beds and the towels every 3 days but during are 3 night stay, they never came to clean the bathroom, make the bed and empty the trash,

The facility was clean and well maintained on the whole. I appreciated the daily breakfasts prepared by the staff. I made two requests to have my room cleaned dung my 8 night stay. The staff ignores both requests.

Exceptional

Immaculately spotless. Comfy beds. Complimentary full breakfast is outstanding and meticulously maintained. The front desk staff was exceptionally thoughtful and accommodating. Conveniently located steps away from Prometric. Loved the carpet-free rooms. Best night’s sleep in a very long time. So important ahead of a big exam the next morning. Could not have been any more well rested, refreshed and well fed! The shower had zero pressure and it took a long time to rinse hair due to the droplets of water from the almost no-flow shower head. If not for this, I’d rate it a 10. Also the ice machine is so loud the noise filled the entire hallway. Luckily, we could not hear it in our room over the A/C. They should put a door on the vending room. Lastly, the foam pillows were not very comfortable. I had brought my own down pillow.

My experience at this LaQuinta is always positive. I stay here a few times per year. Excellent facilities and amenities. Staff is great!

The hotel is placed in an ideal location - convenient to Shelburne, Burlington, the highway and the airport. It is clean and the staff is attentive. The staff was obvious during breakfast in ensuring everything was stocked, serviced and clean.

Could you imagine paying $200 for one night and not being able to flush the toilet. I just spent 10 hours in the airport and finally saw the outside of this beautiful hotel to only be majorly disappointed. I tried to register my complaint and the clerk said he would pass the message on to his boss, but his boss is uninterested in calling me back.
