Clean, modern, great breakfast, good location

Stayed for 7 days and housekeeping NEVER came in the room. Had to put room garbage in hallway and had to ask for clean towels. Did tell front desk about housekeeping, they said it would be done next day, (the 6th day). Never got done. They at least had the AC fixed on the 2nd day.

Good breakfast (sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruits, waffles, etc), 24/7 coffee/hot chocolate/water, underground parking keeps the car cool in the summer, clean property, friendly staff, but overnight car chargers more expensive than most DC fast chargers.

Underground parking out of the sun was nice when the temp was in the 90’s. Good recommendations for restaurant from the front desk staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

The property is still quite new, so everything is clean and up-to-date. The room was a nice size, and the bed was comfortable.

Great place to stay in Burlington!

The person at the check in counter was very unfriendly. She did not greet us when we arrived , never once smiled and spoke so softly we did not understand anything she was saying. In total contrast, we checked out at 3:30 am and that woman was very friendly and greeted us with a huge smile. Since we were to early for breakfast she offered us coffee, yogurt and fruit for the road.

This is an excellent place to stay.

I only had one concern, which I have presented in other review. I took a hard fall, when the desk chair went out fromm under me, andiing me on the floor. As stated in other posts, I sold office furniture and there are special casters for hard surfaces. The casters on your chairs are standard and on a hard surface are very fast and slip very fast.

Clean room with refrigerator, microwave and Keurig brewer. Friendly, helpful staff. Hot breakfast surprise. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

People at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One even got a taxi for one of the people in our group when Lyft informed him that nobody was available to pick him up very early in the morning. Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Burlington area. And their prices were very reasonable, unlike most of the hotels in town. Everything was great!
