    Breakfast was good, staff friendly. Room was clean. Quiet. The pool is outside and didn't look clean enough to swim in and not very convenient to get to either.

    Love the hotel, all the staff are so nice and accommodating. Room and the entire hotel are clean. I give 4 start because the ice machine didn’t work the entire stay, the shampoo, conditioner and kleenex are empty. I requested kleenex but not request for others because I bought our own. Also I wish they have different breakfast very other day😝. Its free and better than nothing. But over all , we will stay here again.

    Good location. Thankful they had a pool as we were there for an event and is was 95° each day. It was a good spot for what we needed. We would stay there again.

    Lack of room for the roller bed, we had taken a 5 people room, we had to go over the bed to go to the washroom during the night.

    The place smelled heavily of marijuana. On check in I had to provide my card because I chose the pay at the hotel option. I was in a rush to register so I didn’t pick up on the fact that I didn’t get a receipt. On check out I just handed my cards in and was told I was all set. As I pulled into the road I got a charge for an additional $20 to my credit card. Checking my credit card transactions, I was charged $20 extra on my original reservation. I returned and talked to the desk clerk. He said the extra $20 on checking was for incidental charges. This I understand but the $20 on checking out he tried to explain away, but made no sense. I asked to see the manager. When I did he handed me $20 cash out of the drawer and said the manager wasn’t there. He then said he was the manager and would not call anyone else. In the end the charge was reversed but the whole thing was sketchy. I think if I had said nothing the charge would have stood. I wonder how many people get scammed because they don’t check.

    The only thing I didn't like was that I was put in a handicapped accessible room and I'm not handicapped. The problem was the shower set up. I would have much preferred a regular shower, rather than one where the water pours out onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast was fine and the room was otherwise comfortable.

    It was a nice, comfortable stay. I enjoyed the breakfasts, and made use of the fitness center on multiple days.

    Mold/mildew in the shower grout, several amenities (ice machines on more than one floor) out of service. Laundry available onsite but front desk does not make change so if you need quarters after banks close, you’re out of luck. Exterior doors marked locked after a certain hour don’t lock. Staff was nice but I’ll probably choose a different property the next time I’m in the area.

    This place feels more like a cheap motel than a Marriott property. While the bed was comfortable, the sheets didn’t feel clean, and the same goes for the towels. The bathroom sink was both leaking and clogged. The biggest disappointment was the pool. I promised my kids they would get to enjoy the pool all weekend, but it was absolutely disgusting. The water was almost green, and I was afraid to let them go in. It looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained in a long time. Instead of spending time at the pool, we went back to our room. Another issue was the complete lack of enforcement of hotel rules. There are signs saying that pets are not allowed, yet people were walking around with large dogs. Dogs were taken to the pool area and even into the breakfast area, and the staff didn’t seem to care. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. When items like bread ran out, they were never refilled. The juices were overly sweet, and the garbage bins were overflowing, leaving nowhere to dispose of plates. When I checked out, the front desk asked how my stay was. I told him it was horrible and asked why the pool wasn’t being properly maintained. He tried to explain, but it just sounded like excuses. I definitely won’t be staying here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Upon arriving after a long day of travel, we were informed by the front desk staff that although we booked a room for five travelers, there were no such rooms capable of holding five people. Our only option was a room with two queen beds. My husband, three children (ages 15, 18, and 21), and I had no choice. When I asked for a rollaway bed, the front desk clerk informed me that it would cost me $20. Unbelievable. I would be charged for their false advertisement. We then told the clerk that we wanted a refund since we had to find a hotel that accommodated our family, but were told that it was non-refundable since we booked it through Expedia. We could not afford to lose all that money, so we opted to pay for the roll away bed. After having to rearrange the room, we settled in with the roll away bed. It was not comfortable nor what we booked, but it got us through the night. My husband spoke to someone else in the morning and the $20 was refunded. No apologizes though. Beware of booking at this place if you have five people even though that is an option through Expedia. We were very dissatisfied with the poor management of this hotel.
