Loved the breakfast and the variety of choices. Elevator was down, but the staff did offer a ground floor room. Didn't do that as figured would save it for someone who couldn't do stairs.

The bathroom sink was not throughly cleaned but everything else was great. All the staff were very friendly, especially the ladies in the breakfast area

At breakfast the 2nd coffee maker wasn't working so there seemed to be a backlog waiting for coffee.

Got stuck in a room that was right next to the elevator and stairway.. originally booked an accessible room which was gonna be on the 3rd floor . Who puts a handicap room on the 3rd floor? The elevator was broke. I said it was unacceptable and got stuck with a loud room.

Our room was very clean, the entire property was well maintained, and the staff were all amazing and helpful.

They had a wonderful staff and a great breakfast! The elevator was not working. And there was not a nice machine on every floor, which was kind of a pain. I want to mention that the directions given on the Hotels.com website were very poor. All in although a very pleasant day.

I was traveling from coast to coast so i stayed at many hotels and this one surpassed them all. From check in to check out, the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and included. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh and clean which i appreciated. Loved all the staff. I will definitely return and look for this hotel in my next search for accommodations.
