Garner Hotel Butte by IHG

The room was very nice and the staff very helpful

Everything was nice, but the air conditioner didn’t work, and there was no way to open the window to get air circulating

The grounds outside hotel were clean. Hotel is right inside the same lot area as a Harbor Freight , car wash, and a restaurant, which was ok. Everything about the room was very clean and very comfortable except.... all 3 cushions on the couch were absolutely covered in white, very fine, pet hair, which really...almost blended right in with the colorings of the couch, so maybe housekeeping just didn't see that (?). Turned cushions over just out of curiosity and there was a large stain on one cushion almost the size of the cushion itself, so...yeah... at that point, went down and asked for a different room. Plus, when flipping the cushions over, saw there was food wrappers and bits of food under the cushions where the fold-out bed is. Minor detail also...this room didn't have the 2 ottomans like my friends room did and like my new room did, so not sure what was going on with the missing 2 ottomans in the pet hair room. Related...? So now the good....except for the state of the couch and moving to a new room, the rooms themselves were really clean, bedding nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I will stay there again for sure as the pros far outweighed the cons.

This was the most noise we have experienced in a hotel. Constant noise from people above - not well insulated. Next to I-90 freeway and windows did little to cut the noise. Will not stay at another one of these hotels

Clean but not well maintained. Our room while clean had a door to the bathroom that was splintered and looked like someone kicked it in and a dog scratched it up. Otherwise good stay. Breakfast was good not great and not very tasty. They try though and it’s better than most places for this price

Check in was awful. No info on breakfast, pool hours, parking, etc. Breakfast was fairly decent, lots of people enjoying it. Hotel room was clean, but dated. Bed was comfortable. I dropped my glasses and it went under the bed and I found some pretty gross garbage!

The front desk staff (Xavier I think) checked us in. Later on had an issue with our black out curtains and he came and fix it! Also immediately showed us how to use the wifi quicker.

Clean and comfortable room. Convenient location, right next to a gas station. We used the laundry and pool areas, and enjoyed breakfast.

We have been staying in motels while traveling cross country. This was one of the best full breakfasts. And the staff was very nice. Comfortable king bed. Nice sheets and towels.

My family enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. It was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. I would stay here again.

Hotel was spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We were surprised with the size of the room after traveling and being in many tiny, cramped spaces. We will remember this place for our next cross country drive.

Very noisy due to the freeway traffic and limited noise reduction constitution. We would only stay again if our room was not on the freeway side.
