One light for entire room-dim everywhere. Mattress felt-sounded like metal coils-2 beds different mattress. No vanity in bathroom-very hard for travelers to use. Light bulbs out. Window looked into indoor pool silly and noisy. Would not stay here again.

Rooms were halfway remodeled, bathrooms dingy and need updating. Asked if our room could be cleaned after 2 days and it was never done. Did not feel safe as there were several homeless around property and sketchy people staying there.Sauna was not working. Only toiletries Wes 2 bar soaps. Sink was not draining. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very dirty found hair in bed and toenails on floor probably will never stay there again

When we first got to the hotel there were a few unsavory looking people hanging around, it rook the front desk awhile to have someine cone up front to check us in. The stairs leading up to our room looked dirty and covered in paint so I began to get nervous , however, the room itself was cleaner then expected . The pool was nice as well.

Room clearing and in good condition. Front desk help not very nice. It is a older hotel but the rooms in good condition.

The Check-In went smoothly. The room was clean. The amenities in the room are very bare. There are two bars of soap and that is it. We had an issue with the key after midnight and for quite some time. There was nobody at the counter and we had to have assistance from the gentleman at the bar to help find somebody. There was another customer waiting as well. I remember this place from years ago and it is not the same at all. It's not bad. It's just not something to write home about. The bed seemed very old and when you said on it it was almost like a cake pan meaning that the edges you had to crawl up and over. We had watched fireworks last night and at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning there is someone playing obnoxious music for hours. Sleep was hard to be found.

AC did not work, shower was disgusting, toilet was not cleaned well, toilet seat was broken. Waste of money.

Upon arrival, the only staff I saw was the guy behind the counter. The room was very old looking relatively dark bathroom had holes in the wall. Tried to fix the drain myself, but it wasn’t fixable in the sink so I didn’t even use the tub toilet barely flushed refrigerator. Actually worked TV was very small. Air conditioner was an old wall unit made a lot of noise sort of kept the room, cool I promise I will never stay at this place again. Pictures of the ads made it look very clean and nice. The fake wood floor probably helped to make it look that way with the pictures and may have helped to keep it cleaner when you’re cleaner I was not satisfied with this day

There was TRASH in the hallway next to our room. Disgusting trash, that day there for the entire 2 days we were there. For some stupid reason I opted out of the guarantee so that I could cancel my reservation if need be, so i was stuck staying in this Disgusting DIVE or be out the money I prepaid before arrival. All I have left to say after my first review and then this one is, don't do it!!! Find another motel, this one is the WORST I have ever encountered and I hope the health department shuts them down soon!

Dont be fooled like we were, by the name of this place!! IT IS A MOTEL 6!! They changed the name to make it sound lije a niceer place, but it is NOT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE! Staff was really rude! We booked two rooms and asked for them to be near to each other and the elderly man behind the counter snapped at us and said he can't do that and then literally put us in two separate buildings! The place is crawling with sketchy people. As you pull up to the building... you'll see what I mean. They are lurking everywhere... watching your every move. VERY scary! Just looking at the building from the parking lit, the curtains are half hanging off of some of the windows. One of the windows is completely covered up with Duck Tape! There was an indoor swimming pool right directly out of our room window, that smell so strongly of chlorine that the smell came into our room. The pool also causes the room to be VERY humid! Orange mold was in the corners of the shower and on the bottom of the shower curtain. When taking a shower, you are standing in 3 inches of water, because the drain is plugged. The sink drain is also plugged up, so washing your hands fills the tiny sink half full. The floors were so filthy, my socks were literally were BLACK from walking on it. The coffee pot in the room didn't work and the coffee offered in the office was more like colored water, it didn't even taste like coffee. I can't find one single thing nice to say about this horribly ran motel!

Absolutely filthy! We checked out and got a refund after about 10 min in our room. Sheets and towels were so dirty and used. Disgusting hotel. Stay anywhere else.

Good location, the kids loved the pool It was not very clean and the bed not very comfortable. Noisy neighbors

The beds were comfortable. The smell of the room and hallways were not good at all. The toilet and bathtub were very dirty. The toilet had black scum at the top of the bowl, visable when entering the bathroom.

Bed sheets had holes. Room door had light from the hallway shining through the door jam. Shower curtain look to haven't been changed out. Dirty and stain. Did not shower. Stairs to the second floor was ripped and looked unfinished.

Double room = only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths. No kleenex! Not even a pad & pen to write a note. It was raining & wall air conditioner was leaking water. Smoke detector dangling from ceiling. It was OK, but ...
