I was very nervous being there by myself

good, clean room

Being renovated Was originally assigned to a renovated room, but it wasn’t completed yet so they moved us to an old room. The tv didn’t work, the manager had to reset the whole system.

Just not impressed. The bathtub must've been dirty because I set my cloth bag ice chest in there and when I picked it up there was also sort of powdery residue all over the bottom of it. Floor felt pretty dirty and I thought it was kind of questionable to put an older female traveling alone in the room closest to the middle entrance. I couldn't get out of there quickly enough the next day. The floor felt grungy like no one ever mopped. It. Refrigerator was not plugged in so when I got there, I had to mop up the mess in the freezer from whatever it was thawing out in order to put my own things in there after getting the refrigerator to work again. Oh well, that's what I get for booking online site online. The pool looked nice. I just wasn't comfortable enough to use it. Lots of dogs, so it's definitely dog friendly, but I had a dog at my door as soon as I opened it from a guest that apparently didn't bother to keep their dog on leash. Overall, just not a comfortable experience for this older traveler.

This place was AWFUL! I have never stayed anywhere so disgusting. People ran up and down the halls all night . Sounded like the WWE was taping an episode in the room above us. So much trash everywhere. If I had not been so tired and could keep from falling asleep while driving I would not have stayed.

Location Bare bones supplies. No shampoo or conditioner

Rm was good. Beds great. Parking lot not so good. Lots of construction but doable n understanding. Staff great.

Property was a trash dump. Garbage all over the parking area. Whole place smelled like a pot farm.

Room was dirty. Towels were thin. Shoes stuck to floor when walking. No services offered while staying 3 nights. I should have checked out as soon as I saw the room. Would never recommend hotel to any family or friends.

The pool was pretty nice Our bathroom still had used soap and hair in the shower. Tub had jets but they didn't work . Bed almost looked slept in

Worst stay I have booked thru Hotels.com. The check in was the best part of the stay. The room wasn't cleaned properly after the last guest as evidenced by the doritos crumbs on the floor. The WiFi in the room was intermittent. I had to go the desk to get my devices to connect. And then, it was still intermittent. I booked this property based on the availability of the hot tub and breakfast. NEITHER was available.

Room was clean and comfortable. The AC quiet and efficient. Staff helpful & friendly.

It was disgustingly dirty, you could see into the room through the hallway. The lock was broken on the door. It felt very unsafe. Would never suggest to anyone to go there. Honestly, I am not one to leave a bad review. I think this place should actually be shut down.

Dirty. Tub didn’t drain. Beds were horrible. Lights didn’t work in the pool area.

Needed an accessible room. Fine , we got one right next to the pool. Noise factor was horrible. Had one lamp in the room, bathroom had NO vanity. Had to put the coffeemaker on the floor to access an outlet. Asked to move to a different room and the request was received with a very un-professional attitude. Will never stay here again/
