La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Butte

OK, so the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The fan either blew extremely hard or not at all very limited control of the room temperature. And the fan was so hard. It was blowing so hard I couldn’t sleep. So loud so hard. The first floor stunk so bad as if there was a dead body or somebody had lost or many people had lost complete control of their bowel and urinary tract. We had to walk through the first floor to get to the parking because there’s very limited parking down by the entrance. The breakfast staff were very nice however, the food served, especially the eggs were really terrible. A reconstituted powdered egg is absolutely the worst and also upset our stomachs.

The hotel was clean (not spotless). The gym equipment was from the 1980's, so don't plan to exercise at this hotel. Breakfast was decent and we found things to eat. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Decent enough for traveling through

The smell came from the laundry room , invades the elevator and hallway on the first floor.

The location was nice, and the room stayed nice and cool. Great view. The entertainment center and in room fridge smelled very strongly of marijuana which was less than ideal traveling with my child. Some food around the base of the in room fridge as well. Small stain on one of the bed sheets.

The staff was unfriendly, Despite of their system issues. They freaked out on us and said that they will cancel our booking if they want and we can do whatever we want. The manager was unavaible as well. Looks very unprofessional

Nice bed and quiet rooms.

The rooms could use some updating like fresh caulking around tubs and clean skink drains…

It's fairly old. The breakfast is good.

The door to our hotel room had a 1/2 inch crack all the way the length of the door where you could see the hallway. It would be very easy for someone to break in.

We reserved a pet room and were travelling with one dog. The room was mostly carpeted and smelled so badly of urine that it made our eyes water. The room was on the ground floor so we couldn't sleep with windows open for safety reasons. It was absolutely horrible. We arrived late in the evening and had to leave early so thought we could just tough it out but we really should have requested another room or just slept in our car!

Breakfast was good, parking was a little crazy.

Front desk ladies very nice and helpful.

We liked the stay except not enough light in the room. Everything else was great!

Electrical receptacles on the bedside tables did not work. Bathtub drained slow. I left a note for both things with the front desk when we checked out. View from the window was beautiful. The room was clean, breakfast needed a little help but it’s hard for one staff person to keep it supplied when a large number of people come through at The same time. Parking is a little lacking.

he room did smell like someone smoked in it but overall it was fine.

We had 1 day no housekeeping, when asked for more towel ,they said yes , but didn’t get them . Next day I talked to housekeeping they did give towels and cleaned bathroom but didn’t make the bed !! I then spoke with the GM who was very defensive and yelled at me !! Came right up to my face said he had 3 years of stars and I should just leave . We had paid ahead and had 2 more nights and walked away !!! He was disgustingly!!! Never stay there again !!!!

1st and friendly staff, made us feel right at home

Friendliest Staff. Great full breakfast options including biscuits and gravy. Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Abundant parking onsite
