It worked in a pinch.

A decent place to stop for a night.

Very old building, not kept clean or kept up. Had stairs all torn out to replace, supposedly, but debris everywhere. Didn't want to use bathroom as it was not very clean. Toilet didn't work well, shower didn't drain well. Room was just barely enough to sleep in. Breakfast was decent and brightly lit. Staff was a very young woman who acted like it was hassle when toilet and shower issues were brought up but did call the janitor to come take a look. Would never stay again.

Very helpful and accommodating when they did not have a larger room we had requested they provided 2 at no extra charge.

Hotel was being renovated so it was understandably not the cleanest. The room was good and acceptably clean. Breakfast was clean, bright, and well stocked. Our children enjoyed the automatic pancake maker. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Sketchy as hell. Ceiling tiles hanging down in hallways. Garbage all over the floors in the hallways. They have 0 cameras for the parking lots. Just find somewhere else for the extra $20. It’s worth it to go elsewhere.

The rooms we were given...one of them had stains on the carpet and you could tell the other had not been vacuumed. The room that had not been vacuumed also had one of the lamp shades by one of the beds looked damaged, there was beard hair on one of the washcloths in the bathroom like someone had dumped beard trimmings from their shaver onto the counter and then wiped it with the washcloth. The staff did put in a light bulb and bring up clean washcloths to the room when we requested. I guess you get what you pay for here. The front desk attendant was very accomodating and helped us find rooms that were suitable for the 1 night stay. In the other room it looked like a fire or carbon monoxide alarm was missing.

It was not very clean and the mattress was terrible.

Great staff and good location No closet

Have stayed here before and it's in a very accessible location. The motel was not as clean as pervious stays with and could have used a fair bit of cleaning down the hallways. One disappointment was that the rooms did have closets so hanging clothes or jackets was impossible. The breakfast was included but was sparse compared to previous visits. All in all a good stop but there may be better value elsewhere.

I was in & out of town & didn’t want to overpay for room & board. They need to work on the breakfast menu a little. Other than that, clean room, clean sheets, and I can see they’re in the process of doing remodeling (needed). Customer service was great with everyone I interacted with. I would stay again.

Beds. Breakfast. TV. Bathroom doorknob was very loose and missing one bolt. Sink tap was very hard to pull on. Sink plug wasn't connected to the lifting rod. Tub drain was slow. Bathroom vent fan didn't work.

The desk staff was very pleasant The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was broken

Checked in and a guy was sitting by the soda machine by our room talking to himself security was lacking.

Centrally located, friendly reception staff, a ramp from the main door to bypass stairs. Comfy room with plenty of useful space. Extraction fan in bathroom made a loud noise when started, so much we couldn’t use it.

The room was clean, but the rest of the property was poorly maintained

The bed was comfortable. The shower was adequate. They are in the middle of a renovation and hopefully will replace all carpets and furniture. The chair in the room had a big hole in the seat. The rooms carpet was very old with rips through it. The continental breakfast was inadequate.

The staff just did not care that there were no rooms in Butte. When I asked if they knew of a hotel with rooms they just shrugged.
