we had a very bad experience NO WATER IN THE SHOWER We booked a room at this hotel for one night. We arrived late and planned to leave early in the morning. All we wanted was a clean room, a bed, and a working shower. When we arrived, we found that the room across from ours had been left open, with noise coming from it. There were cigarettes on the floor in the corner. In our room, we discovered there was no water in the shower at all. We went down to the receptionist (and we saw the police there, because there was a fight between a couple...), and he told us he had no idea what to do. There were no other rooms available, and if we wanted, we could wait until after 9 a.m. the next morning to get another room where we could shower. He explained that the hotel was under construction and there was nothing he could do. Since we were dirty after a hike, we asked for a refund so we could move to another hotel (there's a great one across the street). He said we would receive our refund FOR SURE. Since then, I emailed the owner but never received a reply (after more than 3 weeks). I also sent a message through Booking's chat, and still no answer. I asked Booking to handle it, and after a long time they got back to me saying the hotel hadn't approved the refund (though Booking gave me a small amount of compensation themselves). BOTTOM LINE: Don't.

Closes to the highway. No elevator!

Our room was very dirty and had no chair to sit on. Unfortunately the room had a strong chemical smell, when we checked in the window was wide open and we had to leave it open to try to get rid of the smell. We ended up leaving early because we found it difficult to breathe. We have stayed here in the past with no issues but am very disappointed with the current condition of the property

Old, dirty, disgusting - questionable location (street people). Don’t do it!

The room was dirty and we could not stay there not to mention the smell. There was dirt and hair in the bathroom (look like it was not cleaned) and the bedspread was stained. We checked out within an hour of checking in.

I like the property because of proximity to my clients and have stayed there before. Last night my room was clean but the property outside was a mess. There was no where that looked sanitary to walk my dog. I will give the property another try after their retrofit. I hope they clean the outside up.

Location is good, near shopping and restaurants Non working tv remote, heat and A/C did not work. Cleaning could be better as well.

Room was beyond filthy, trash was,swept behind TV stand, carpet was nasty, bathroom gross, mini fridge had ice built up so thick that the fridge racks had to be removed in order to close door

Not very clean

What I care about is clean sheets, clean bathroom, no roof leaks, and parking space. It was all as hoped. Nothing.

Close to freeway to get out of town. Front desk staff wasn’t very helpful with issues. Room key wouldn’t unlock closest door to our room, we had to walk entire length of building to get to our room. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal, pastries and pancakes. No protein.

They are doing renovations and up dating the property. Self parking. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Conviently located, relatively quiet. It's under construction so that's a step in the right direction. It was inexpensive and basic. The breakfast was cereal, bread and you can make pancakes and get coffee or juice. Standard continental. The staff was odd, a black maid kept stalking my wife and was very rude. I asked why she was there and what her problem was, received no response. Why she's in Butte MT, I have no idea. Definitely does not belong there. The 1st floor is underground and seemed like a dungeon. We left and went to The Rocker, MUCH better place.
