Clean properly

The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed (the stairs and halls were also neglected). The tile in the entry and the bathroom were dirty, as was the sink. The furniture was dusty. We asked a housekeeper to use their "mop," which was a Swiffer with a room washcloth stuck inside. As there were no hangers, I went to the front desk to get some and was told they didn't have any owing to the remodel they were undergoing. We went to a local store to buy our own cleaning supplies and hangers. When we returned, our keys did not work, so I went to the front desk and waited. There was no bell to summon anyone, and since no one appeared, I called the number to the front desk. Eventually an employee (to be fair, we only saw three total in three days) came around, so I hung up. He answered the call and was surprised the person had hung up, so I said, "That was me." He said, "Well why would you call the front desk?" I asked (calmly!) "How else would I get ahold of you, sir?" to which he answered "Well you saw me in the hallway. That's just weird." We found towels and sheets randomly sitting in the halls and a Band-Aid that was stuck on our door to be used as a peep hole cover. Yikes.

The bathroom was gross especially for being newly remodeled. The housekeeping needs to look behind doors. The amount of hair was ridiculous There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom or room. And the breakfast was poor.

Great place to stay the night! Clean and comfortable room!

We were on the 3rd floor. Fine for those younger than us! I’m being generous with a 3 star rating.

Very old old carpet. Old worn room upholstery chairs. Sheets fresh bedding fine. Breakfast area looked to be updated, basic cold food. Would not return . Didn't want to look around well

In room fridge did not have a freezer. They were willing to store my ice packs for me.

Location Was there 6 nights and only had housekeeping 1 time and had to ask for that. Had to chase down someone at the front desk just to get some clean towels. Only got clean sheets once in 6 days. We are seniors and were put on the 3rd floor and had to lug everything up and down stairs (no elevator).

I was nervous due to reading previous reviews but ended up pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfortable, good lighting in the room, not many options for the continental breakfast. My only complaint was the third floor and no elevator. Getting luggage and baby upstairs was a challenge.

Parking lot seemed untrustworthy with homeless people in and out. Thankful the hotel had cameras for some peace of mind. Breakfast was quite disappointing. Coffee cream had been expired. Very limited selection for food. Staff during check out was friendly, but now knowing the disturbances and let down, I would have decided elsewhere for my 2 night stay.

The breakfast was fine and much appreciated. The staff was excellent. The room was adequate for the price.
-
Elevator broken, put me on third floor. They should’ve communicated this when I reserved it, as I would have gone somewhere else.
-
This hotel is OK but not great. Older facility in need of cleaning and maintenance. Staff was helpful. Check-in was fast. Free breakfast was minimal. Location was easy access. Price was a bit high for what you received.

An elevator would have been a plus since the bottom floor was full, and second floor was being renovated, we had to stay on the third floor. Everything else was fine.
-
The bed was comfortable It was under construction so super noisy and dirty, tv didn’t work, no elevator and was on the 3rd floor, parking lot is small so we had to walk a ways with luggage
-
The room had bed bugs, they tried to move me to a different room. I don't want to stay in a dirty hotel with bugsp

Very calm nice staff

Our room was dirty, there weren’t enough towels, they didn’t have cribs or pack n plays for families, no elevator, continental breakfast was cold cereal and pre wrapped muffins - not what was advertised. Hotel smelled of marijuana and cigarettes.

Was what I expected from Super 8. Nice room on third floor. Hotel is old and under renovation. We didn’t know breakfast closed at 9.00 but found a handwritten note from housekeeping noting that, when we left. It was very quiet so that was nice. Staff seemed pleasant. For a one night stop it was very good.
