Wingate by Wyndham Butte City Center I-15/I-90

The room was clean and nicely appointed. We did not have any dealing with staff except during check in and the young man was very professional and got us checked in quickly. He also gave us a great dinner recommendation! The only negative from 2 tall people was a very small bathroom. We will stay again!

Staff is excellent and easy to work with. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

I mean it was a fine hotel but we were treated very poorly and the manager never called me back after leaving five messages with the front staff. We had no hot water for three of the four days we were there. Got refunded $7 a day for the no hot water. If we hadn't already paid for all three nights we would have gone elsewhere with no hot water.

Nothing Right from the parking lot, the hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. The lobby and our room had a nasty smell we couldn’t get rid of. It sows 3 stars on Booking, but it is barely a 2 star property. Noisy location, minimal breakfast, expensive, with a need for upgrading and maintenance. We would definitely not stay here again.

Walked into the room it was so dirty and gross we walked back out and left. They refused to give us our money back. The most gross and dirty hotel I’ve ever seen

Decent room at a fair price

The room was not real clean ..misc something’s on the floor in bathroom..drain not clean in tub..water pressure crazy fast…third floor by elevator very noisy..breakfast acceptable ..heating and ac suitable..afternoon staff great ..checkout staff not the greatest help..probably last stay at this particular hotel..

The staff was great and breakfast and the pool were fine.

Room telephone not working difficult to connect Wi-Fi . One elevator for the whole building too much walk from the elevator to the room one ice machine in very inconvenient location Not going back to this franchise .

Breakfast was a joke. Pancake maker did not work. There was a fly in with the bread and bagles. Vacuum the halls and the stairs

Staff was pleasant Clean/Comfortable Affortable We had a nice stay, just a few minor hiccups that need attention Entrance and exit situation on 3rd floor Would like more information for in room. TV schedule, heating / cooling. The bath tub facet shot off when I was taking my shower... Night man at desk was told. 3rd floor accessablity I not good. We were on far end Only way of the floor was the other end middle was nothing to go down or up

Pet friendly, but not a very big area for the dogs. Luckily we have a small dog.

While the room was clean, this place is quite dated. The mattress was pretty old and uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay, and the coffee was terrible. The staff were kind and helpful.

The location was good and the halls were recently carpeted so it seemed clean and fresh. Poor management - delayed maintenance in dining area and lobby bathrooms mean faucets are loose, baseboards are dangling and walls need painting. Staff “managing” the dining area were too busy chatting to notice when coffee and other supplies ran out. No one was cleaning tables and trash was overflowing. Poor room amenities - a tiny bar of soap had to be used for both the shower and sink. Shampoo and two conditioners provided, but no body wash. The holders for dispensers were there - but no dispensers. The air conditioner was not working properly and the room was too warm.
