Location Somewhat noisy room

Hotel guests were in the courtyard at 11:30 pm talking very loudly and keeping us awake. We got dressed and went down to talk to the hotel staff and they were closed. No help at all. We were out the next day and when we came back housekeeping had not been in the room. I called reception and they said they only came in every other day. Seriously! For $400+ a night I would expect dry bath towels and coffee pods for the morning. This isn’t COVID times but I guess BW is self serve now. Additionally, a night light in the bathroom is essential. It’s a safety issue, but there was none. We would obviously never stay here again nor recommend to anyone.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and quiet. Pretty new it seemed. Room and bathroom were nice. Great breakfast. Normal variety for breakfast that you would see at a BW. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was very clean and neat. The front desk receptionists were both cordial and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the counter and tables were clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Easy access to the get together of the family for the wedding Day one my coffee pot didn’t work and they never gave me a new one and I found out two days and that they didn’t even write it up so I had somebody else write it up

The hotel is modern and well maintained. It is a short walk to downtown Calistoga and perfectly placed for wine tasting throughout Napa Valley. I would stay here again readily.
