UpValley Inn & Hot Springs Napa Valley, an Ascend Collection Hotel

They were unable to generate an invoice of my stay. Even after agreeing to do it during check in. Which made my stay unable to be reimbursed by my work which is quite frustrating

I stayed with my daughters one night while visiting Napa. Unfortunately, our sheets had hair as well as our shower. The noise upstairs made it hard to sleep. Overall , it’s close to many downtown Calistoga but wouldn’t stay again.

The rooms were clean and efficient, but the air-conditioning got really, really cold or not sufficient. It would’ve been nice to have a restaurant there. The hot tub was very tiny but it felt great and the staff was very accommodating. It was a great place for the price.

We had a great stay at UpValley Inn & Hot Springs. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the relaxing atmosphere of the property. The location was convenient for exploring Napa Valley, and overall everything felt easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A complaint was filed with the hotel manager . No recourse was issued despite a report. Other spas I have stayed in Calistoga have been excellent with true mineral waters.

Room was clean and nice. But property does not have elevators so get a ground floor room if you have a lot of bags, or heavy bags.

It was quiet, clean, on the outskirts of town and perfect amenities

However the sauna room and steam room seemed new and we enjoyed those. Too high-priced a place for what you get. Easy walk into town, less than a half mile.

It’s my second time staying here. Me and my boyfriend love it. Room is lovely the only thing is that if you staying on the rooms that next to the roadside, you might be able to hear all these cars when they driving by.

We were there for only one night , the pool and jacuzzi was not clean and very disappointing, we couldn’t find a shower after the steam room ! So we thought maybe there is cold plunge ! Nope ! Our room was next to the pool so we had to close the curtains to not have people literally walking by next to our room , the facility itself was clean , staff were friendly and location was good just do not get it next to the street or the pool .

The property is nice and the location perfect for the area. The room was simple, mostly clean. The bathroom inside door and the walls around it need to be scrubbed clean but the rest was nice. The pool area is simple but could use some updating around the tiles. The hot tub isn't hot but its warmer than the pool. We'd stay here again but it wouldn't be our first choice.

Great little spot that is quiet, but gets you exactly what you need for a quick stay or if you plan to be out quite a bit.

Great room and common spaces. Coffee in lobby was great. We enjoyed the pools, steam room & sauna. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice large room, comfortable bed, beautiful outdoor seating area and, of course, the pool! (Perhaps a little less chlorine in the pool would have been even better...)
