UpValley Inn & Hot Springs Napa Valley, an Ascend Collection Hotel

As a coffee-holic, I loved the Starbucks coffee machine!

It was conveniently located near the spa. We didn't use the pool are mineral bath. The sitting area on the balcony was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and was not load. The decor was minimalist but comfortable.

Quiet, clean well-located hotel. Easy parking, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath on property. Great air-conditioning. Upland Valley Inn is the best value hotel in Calistoga, which is a charming Napa Valley town.

Nice quiet place to relax. Loved the pools!

Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive during my visit. The room was incredibly clean however I did encounter a major issue, since I discovered a large amount of dead wasps on the ceiling molding directly above the bed. On the positive side, the amenities were fantastic. I loved having bike access which made it incredibly easy to explore. The location is perfect and close to the own center.

Very clean, rooms were very nice, with wood tile flooring, we hate carpets that hide dust. Loved the whole property as we hung out in the lounge area at night playing cards. Loved the coffee and water available in the lobby.

Place is nice and clean. Grounds and rooms well maintained. Very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay

The air conditioning unit in my room was very loud; it was impossible to sleep with this noise. I opened the door to get air and there was noise from cars and motorcycles on the street. I notified the staff and they said there was nothing they could do and that they had received similar complaints. I was refused a different room, even though they were not at capacity.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable. Parking was convenient, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to other travelers.

There’s a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi on the property.

The parking was convenient right on front of our room. They had an excellent snack area and freshly ground coffee.

The place is quiet and serene, with comfortable mattresses and pillows, and have a wonderful mineral pool. From our patio we could see a green field with flowers. We enjoyed various free coffees at the front lobby and delicious clean drinking water. We didn’t hear any noises next door . The only thing we didn’t like was a noisy air conditioner in our room.

Loved the location and the use of bicycles. We also enjoyed having the balcony too.
