Calistoga Motor Lodge and Spa

Cute little place, walkable food and entertainment. We loved it! Specially the adult pool.

the retro camper king room with convertible bed is nice for the space and semi separation (no door but feels like a separate space). but the bed is really uncomfortable. worse than regular sleeper sofa, would only recommend as last resort if you actually need to use it as a bed. restaurant and pool was service was hit or miss. they either need to allow byob at the pool or really up their service game. a lot of potential to make this a true 4 star hotel experience but in my opinion def more like 3 or 3.5 star. for what it’s worth, we would definitely return, but it’s just very expensive for the product and service you receive but this market has high demand so this is the result.

Quiet location, pleasant grounds, good food, helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable. Nothing fancy but a nice place for a getaway. For those prices one might expect something fancy but that's just Napa Valley.

The pools are great all different temperatures. The adult pool is exceptional. The restaurant was delicious Jose the bartender was extraordinary, very helpful and friendly. And the rooms were cute and cozy.

Large room, excellent staff, dog friendly, food At restaurants was excellent.

Rooms are clean. Pool area and pool is clean. Staff is friendly. Flowers are blooming and yard maintenance is well kept

It has 3 mineral pools and a hot tub. One pool exclusively for adults. We didn't get the services offered such as facial or massage but we got silken skin from swimming and relaxing in mineral water under the warm California sun!

Used to be our favorite, back in the slightly finkier past. Now, no soap in the shower, no handrail in the shower (code violation?), no hair dryer, nice drip over coffee, but nothing to heat the water with, no clean towels at the pool until we complained, etc. Used to be free snacks every day. Alas, no more. Dirty sitting at the pool. For the prices now charged, management needs to get their act together.

Third time staying here. We love it!

Great room. First time staying in a newer room. However on light fixture, door ways and in corner of shower there were cobwebs—- like someone hadn’t stayed there or cleaned in a moment

Hotel had a large group of 5th graders staying while we were there and they were a bit wild with limited chaperones and hotel staff did not intervene. This made it difficult to sit outside for dinner. Local restaurants were fabulous and the coffee shop in town was great!

It is such a nice property way made time this visit to just hang out there. It did not disappoint! Pool service, bocci ball corn hole, food was all great!! I would recommend!
