The hotel was clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was the complimentary infused water, coffee, and tea available in the lobby for guests. There were also several comfortable lounge areas where you could relax, meet with others, work, or watch TV. Although we didn't use the gym or the pool, we took a look at both facilities, and they were quiet, spotless, and well-maintained. Our room was very comfortable, and the beds were incredibly cozy. The bathroom was one of the cleanest we've seen in a long time, which was especially refreshing and appreciated. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the beautiful surroundings, with easy access to a nearby park, made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Great place

Check in was easy, parking was nearby. We enjoyed the pool, accessible via key card. Room was spacious, clean, and stayed cool during the heat.

Great staff

Chic boutique hotel across the street from a beautiful natural area. Ask for a courtyard view.

Excellent stay. Neat room. Great location

As it was, I would not recommend the Nashville Hot sandwhich. I have always loved the spicy sweet flavor and order this dish frequently from establishments however this version tasted as if a rub had been made out of Ortega taco seasoning. I do have to say, the fries were fantastic! The breakfast experience was confusing in that it was like a continental breakfast but with a waitstaff. The food was okay but we were less than thrilled. The pool was advertised as heated, which did not seem to be so. The kids enjoyed a private swim in the small pool nontheless.

The staff was remarkably welcoming to me and my little dog. It was particularly nice to have Alewife Reservation across from the entrance where we enjoyed a beautifully landscaped park full of summer flowers with plenty of places to sit. In spite of it being close to a busy highway, you did not hear the highway nor did you feel that you were close to it, but it was slow to access during high traffic time.

Staff was wonderful. So helpful and very nice/professional. Room was quiet and clean. Location is not really Cambridge; it’s more Arlington. So make sure you look at a map before booking if you must be near Cambridge proper (something I didn’t do). If they offer a breakfast option that wasn’t the full buffet, I didn’t see it. But that would’ve been nice.

The location is less than a 5 minute drive to the Alewife Station (Red Line) into Boston. The room and bathroom were both very clean and the beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Parking is only available on site at the Hotel Garage which is $30/day. Expensive in my opinion, since that's the only place to park, but it is what it is. Front desk staff was very friendly when checking in.

Our one complaint was the morning attendant in the restaurant. She made us feel uncomfortable while trying to order, so we didn’t stay to eat. But, most of the people and the hotel itself were great.
-
I have a broken foot. The clerk allowed me to park in the handicap space overnight to limit walking to & from the parking garage. Valet parking was unavailable at 9pm when I checked in.

* Amenities: The in-room coffee maker was having some technical issues during my stay. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay with great service, and I would definitely recommend it—just hopefully with a working coffee machine next time! We didn't have time to call them and fix it, though.

Very nice and modern, super clean. Loved the shower! Front desk staff not very friendly.

A very good hotel with a great location, but the air conditioning was very loud and powerful; we slept poorly every night because of it. I stayed at the hotel for four days, and housekeeping never cleaned my room once—something that really surprised me, given that it is a Marriott-branded hotel.

All the streets seemed to go the wrong way- it was very annoying.
-
Stuff was helpful, enjoyed being close to the T and the nature trail.Parking should have been included with hotel price. Breakfasts was overpriced even though it was good.

The room was nice and clean when I arrived. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was a little pricey. Adding bacon or any thing else that wasn’t on the breakfast bar was an extra charge. They were not clear about validating the parking ticket before you leave to go in and out.
