Clean and quiet. Very courteous staff and quite conveniently located—less than 1/2 mile to the T.
-
Good place. The hotel is nice and clean. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Also, it's close to the red line.
-
Amazing experience. Everyone was friendly. The staff were amazing and helpful.

This hotel is beautiful and very modern, but I wouldn’t stay here again. It was almost too modern, which made everything a pain in the ass. The front door was locked outside unless you had a key. We had a late check in so it took us a while to even get in. We had to park in a garage next to the hotel for $30 per night which made loading and unloading a car full of stuff annoying. We had to walk in the pouring rain to and from the garage. You needed a key to use the elevator in the hotel. The toilet clogged and the shower wouldn’t drain properly. The first morning, there was NO breakfast left when we got down there around 9:00. They charge $21 pp for breakfast so we didn’t eat there, which made our morning stressful because we hadn’t planned on finding another place to eat. The ice makers on both floors ran out of ice. All in all, this was a nice looking hotel, but a very annoying place to stay. We travel a lot and stay in all kinds of hotels. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

clean room, friendly staff, didn't eat breakfast, so don't know if the food is good. The hotel is very clean, and I particularly liked the lemon water served during the day and coffee and tea in the morning. I will stay there again in the future when I visit Boston.

It is beautiful inside and out ascetically. We had a lot of trouble with the air conditioning in our room. We had staff look at the AC twice during the night. It was to no avail. It was a very disappointing experience.

Wanted to thank the staff for making it easy for me to get my wallet back which I left in the room.

It’s about 10-15 mins walk to the closest station. When we visited there was maintenance being done on the Redline so our commute to downtown was long. There aren’t may food options nearby but the hotel does have a restaurant.

Rooms were nice and well maintained. Bathrooms had a night light in the mirror (I could not find an off switch) and glass doors, which prevented complete darkness when sleeping. Shower was updated but had a trendy but inaccessible drain that frequently clogged for us. The small indoor pool that the kids used a couple times was nice, but the heat was broken so it was pretty chilly. If we weren’t there on the one week that maintenance was being done on the red line, it would have had lovely access to the T. (I do wish the hotel had alerted us of this closure so we could have made alternative arrangements.) Overall, a nice place and we had just a few little complaints.
-
Overall, it is clean, quiet, the washroom was spacious, and well designed. However, the beddings, especially sheets were extremely shrunk and fell off during the night. Iron board was very not clean, the ice machine was super slow, dispensing only few pieces a time, I collected about a cup of ice in 10 mins, then had to give up lol… Need to walk a few minutes for the parking, not that convenient.

Go downstairs for a coffee. Just ok and just too far from Boston.
-
Not a great experience. Do not recommend
-
There was an issue with the room's cleanliness; after showering, I unwrapped my bath towel and a large clump of hair fell out—it was disgusting.
-
Great place. Will likely stay again.
