More like a 2-star hotel

The property is tired with old carpeting, painted plumbing fixtures a la Chip & Joanna Gaines, peeling paint, dated furnishings, and the weirdest closet contraption ever. The $14 breakfast is just plain sad with powdered eggs and stale bagels, but the back door entrance to Starbucks is handy. On a prior stay, I was billed for parking, when I had no vehicle, just Uber! Read your invoice before checkout!

Hall carpets very funky. I thought this was a 3 star hotel. I may have been mistaken. Would expect it to be more a 2.

It was dirty, both common areas and the room. No lampshades, peeling bathtub. Hairs that were not mine on the bathroom surfaces upon my check in. Also this is not in Cambridge, this was a 35 minute taxi to Cambridge proper, so plan for a $50 uber

They told us that they were "overbooked" so gave us a room different than what we had reserved.

Staff was nice and great to chat with. I wasn't expecting mice in the room we slept fine the first night and the next morning I thought I saw something scurry across the room, I played it off but as soon as my mother and brother saw it I called the front desk which they moved our room to a rat free guarantee room that was not as nice as the rat room. I could stayed at a cheaper place with rats

On our last day we were searching for a garment bag left in the first room but they didn’t call room service they just gave us the keys to the rooms, so we had to leave without it. Upon returning to Ottawa I called and they had finally found the bag. It cost me $90 cdn for the shipping back to Ottawa.

Loved everything about this place and they have a dog station too for pet owners

This hotel was convenient for us in Cambridge and the parking is easy. The room was adequate but a little run down such as a broken lamp. Overall, we would stay there again as it seemed to be a good value.

The rooms were vast and good for two people. The staff - be it the cleaning staff or the welcoming staff at the reception - were amazingly nice. The hotel was close to supermarkets. During our second night, my friend saw a mouse in the room close to midnight. We went down to the reception and their response was "it happens and they are doing their best." We were in distress and tired and they told us to move to another room in less than 10 minutes. When we talked to the reception again about this, the only thing they told us that we should have been given more time. They did not offer us anything.
