Location Room had a makeshift pipe and drape closet instead of a real one, very small bathroom,TV turned off every 5 min, toilet ran, no decaf coffee in room or at breakfast and staff rude when requested, unemptied trash in all cans, carpet in common areas filthy, last day all milk and creams were spoiled at breakfast station. This place needs serious attention. Most staff very rude and not understanding of hospitality industry.

This hotel is a dump. I don't understand how Hilton can let this hotel be part of their Tapestry Collection. Hotel is completely worn out, needs a complete makeover. The hotel is dirty, from top to bottom, would never stay here again.

Dated, dirty and uninviting. Very poor value for the exorbitant price!

Friendly and helpful staff

Checked in late and informed the hotel ahead of time. Seemed they saved the worst room for us: the AC didn’t work on an 80 degree night and the odor of stale cigarette smoke lingered. The night manager said they were sold out and offered little in terms of a midnight solution. A Hilton? No, this room was more like a roadside motel from the 1970s. Poorly maintained, non-customer service oriented staff, and not worth one’s $. Next please.

We were almost afraid to touch anything, not only because the room wasn’t particularly clean, but also because it felt like everything came with an extra charge: water, premium Wi-Fi, parking… It’s ridiculous. I could understand expensive parking if the hotel were right in the middle of a busy city center, but this hotel is basically in the suburbs. The supermarket literally next door has more generous parking conditions. On top of that, our room was located right next to a staff room. Starting early in the morning, we could hear their conversations extremely clearly. I have absolutely no complaints about the staff talking and doing their job, the problem is that I don’t understand why this particular room is being sold to guests when it clearly isn’t properly soundproofed. I even recorded a video from our bed where you can hear just how thin the walls are. With all that being said, this was one of those cases where it felt like a well-known hotel name cared less about the guest experience than many smaller, unknown hotels we’ve stayed at.

Cons: I found a mouse in my room. Yep, just running around. TV didn't work for two days. When address the just offered me another room. I wasn't up to moving rooms again post mouse. Dirty hallways. I mean really dirty, maybe a once a year thing? When I tried to get some compensation since I bought it through Expedia they said they could not do anything. But not even have the manager talk to me? Or offer me anything? I am happy to edit my review if I could some compensation. But I figure I show them pictures of he mouse to the front desk would make some impression for the manager to talk to me. But I guess not. I could not feel comfortable for the rest of my stay knowing that on the 4th floor I had a mice that is very fat running around. If you enjoy rodents-- you will love it here.

Staff was not helpful or friendly. Rooms were not were used to with a Hilton. Phones in room don’t work. Poorly decorated. Faucet in bathroom were chipping.

1)Toilet to small, low profile, low water pressure; broken cabinet door; horrible view; no microwave;

The location worked well for us. It was not clean and there were problems with the plumbing in our room. When I complained about it, no attempt was made to make it better.

I checked in fairly close to the artist’s set time at the venue so I quickly dropped my stuff in the room, found something quick to eat - there’s a Whole Foods right next door which is super convenient- and was out the door en route to the show. After the show I came back to the hotel and hopped in the shower. The shower handle fell off and there was some kind of debris/material on the inside of the shower curtain and dark orange stains in the corners of the tub. I also then found hair / pubes on the bathroom sink I hadn’t yet used. I would have definitely asked for a room change had I caught any of this before heading out to the show, but had to rush out the door and didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms since it was already around midnight. Other than that, the location is pretty convenient- there’s a Whole Foods right next door as well as a Starbucks and Dunkins. But the cleanliness was unfortunately not up to par. I have to say, based on my friendly interaction with the front desk people they likely would have accommodated a room change without any issue, it just didn’t make sense to go through all that given what time it was.

Staff was amazing Parking fee Breakfast should be included

I like that the room had a comfortable bed, tv and A/C. The room had a good enough space and area to eat food. I did not like the bathroom counter was dirty and saw a piece of hair also dust. The toilet paper was low and the cleaner didn’t replace a new one. The tissues were touched and put back. The toilet was clogged and the staff didn’t help get it fix.

Great stay. Clean with cold AC

The location was good for us, near family and close to Whole Foods and other food spots we used. Very dog friendly which was great as we like to travel with our large Bernadoodle. I didn’t realize there was a charge for pets and it was a pricey stay with parking charges too. Also , no one cleaned our room even thought we stated the dog was not in the room.
