Great stay. Clean with cold AC

Staff left my door open after entering room while we were out. Thankfully nothing was stolen. 9:30 next morning staff member let himself into the room while kids were there, I had to shoo him out. Dirtier and shabbier than it looks in the photos. For a Hilton, it’s not what i paid for and it is not what I expected.

Hours the food was available through the day was limited and breakfast was very poor in quality. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

The computer system was constantly down for check-in. Got to our room. Our air conditioner did not work. We had to be switched to a different room. The property Curb, appeal and outside aesthetics were terrible and our room did not seem like it was vacuumed in quite some time. The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel was perfect, very clean and the staff where exemplary and very helpful. Great transport links to the city of Boston. Very close to shops, eateries. There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel, restraunt and bar, and beautiful seating area to sit after a long day exploring. 10/10

This hotel is a disaster. First, there were mice in the room. Even with the cats, the mouse appeared as I was working on my computer. I went to see the staff to inform them, they voided the parking fee. I requested vaccuming the room every day, and the ladies told me it would be done. The room did not have a complete cleaning since we moved in. The bed were not done, the rooms were not cleaned. After three days were I had to request the vaccuming all the time, I also asked for the sheets to be changed and for the carpet to be cleaned. The cleaning person told me they could not do it as they only clean after guests are gone. I had to go to the manager to ask, and it was done. Once in 18 days. And I could also talk about the poor breakfast with plain yoghurt available on average 1/4 days, or the charcuterie board serving plastic cheese, wet charcuterie, on plastic plates, but I would not have written a review about that. The staff was very friendly and nice, but they were not able to enforce the cleaning requests. Avoid until the renovation, which really should happen asap.

The bed is very clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. The location is really excellent. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the toilet leaks enough that it would refill every so often. I should have mentioned it to the staff but honestly didn’t want to have to have to move rooms or have maintenance enter the room while we were using it.

Location was perfect. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable! Staff was very helpful. Wish there was a real closet in the room and there was more drawer storage. Also, the bathroom had no place to put make up and toiletries.wish there was more storage there.

Only body towels in bathroom. No hand towels. Tub was very slippery with nothing available to avoid slipping and falling. Television didn’t work.

Extremely, unusually helpful staff. Was able to check in at 9 am after a redeye flight even though official check in was 3 pm

Staff was unheplful. There was a big contingent of kids in front of us. I requested if it was possible to process us before them and they brushed off my request asking me to wait until the last person was done. The Hilton App that allows check in remotely was not working for this Hotel either. Otherwise - stay was

Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent!

The hotel itself is decent and fairly clean, but the beds were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s rest. While the property has potential, the overall experience fell well below what I expect from Hilton standards. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Property was fine. Rude staff. Small bottles of water in the room that they charge $3 for when many hotels include as an amenity.
