Very spacious

The hotel looked and smelled like a new hotel. We loved the breakfast options.Since they included multiple protein options and still had other items for our kids / picky eaters. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very receptive and quick to help us. The hotel was quiet and very conveniently located around restaurants and shopping areas. Plenty of parking. Overall, great experience.

Everything was in great shape. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Location The shower leaked all over the bathroom. We had to use all our towels to mop it up. It was reported to staff on Sunday morning but wasn't addressed until after we checked out. Also reading light on bed fell off wall. Reported Saturday night but no maintenance on site until Monday morning after we checked out.

Very nice room with lots of space and intelligently laid out making all the space useable. Lots of electrical and usb outlets for charging, sound machine and CPAP. Great water pressure. Quiet. Downside, registration desk is in same room as the noisy bar which gives a bad first impression of not being very welcoming due to the poor layout design. The ev charging stations are ChargePoint which very inconveniently requires downloading a cumbersome to set up app.

I will say they definitely need to retrain the older woman at the counter. . We went to check in and was having promblems with our key cards. . Had to go back and fourth 6 times to and from the 3 rd floor because our key cards were not working. The manager on duty finally figured out that the lady was checking us in as arrived but not checking us in completely, I get it now her fault completely if she was not properly trained. Other than that, it was a good stay. I would stay again.

I had a very nice overnight stay

Arrived to check in and was handed the key to the room but unable to get in due to key card not working. After about 6 revisits to the front desk a manager was able to get us inside

The staff was amazing!

Everything was wonderful! Friendly staff, great breakfast and everything was sparkly clean. Beds were super comfortable. We will choose this hotel next year on our way from Florida. Our bathroom sink drained a little slow

Breakfast was ok.

The only thing lacking was electrical outlets that are not crammed only on the nightstand. Pillows had nearly zero head support, but luckily we bring our own. We also love fan noise when we sleep but were unable to use the fan without using the heat or AC...no fan only setting, so the fan kept going off and on all night. Overall, good experience and will stay there again.

Very clean & modern room. Breakfast was ok. I would’ve liked eggs. Will definitely stay here again!

Room clean and spacious. Bathroom also kept in good shape. Food left in mini fridge from last guest was only flaw
