Tatiana was wonderful out of all of the bar/kitchen staff she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Menu at night limited ordered two things that they were out of and or told were no longer on the menu. Wound up going to Marzoni’s instead.

The location and the bed is very comfortable. The Bistro was out of many things and the service was limited.

There was an issue with the elevator the entire weekend which was hard because we were traveling with a baby. Our room keys stopped working after night one so we had to go get them rescanned which was a pain. The iron also didn’t work in our room and we never received the replacement we called the front desk for. Luckily we had other family members staying here as well so we were able to borrow theirs.
