The front desk staff were so friendly and amazing.

The room we were given was in desperate need of updating. The hotel is older and our room looked like it was painted by a kindergartener. The shower pan was stained; hopefully it was clean but I didn’t even want to step into it. We couldn’t wait to leave. It was the worse hotel of our trip.

There was a good size bug in the bathroom. Mold was painted over on the bathroom ceiling. Noise like someone drilling after 9:00 pm. Breakfast food was awful. Powder eggs, old oatmeal. The staff was very pleasant.

The soaps and towels were put haphazardly on the counter. Only a half roll of toilet papers and a half tissue box. Not meant to give the guests a welcoming feeling. Housekeeper was rude and dismissive when approached. Front desk staff are the only people helping us and the children.

I was there for one night room smells musty fan cover in the bathroom barely hanging on and the breakfast was bad plus it cost me more to stay in this place

The room was disgusting. There was a fruit snack wrapper under the covers. Popcorn kernels along the wall. Food wrapper behind the curtain and hair all on the shower wall.

Location, front desk staff Mold in ice machine, cockroach in the room (kitchen area). carpet and bedspreads were dirty. Fridge did not work. The phone had no cord attached to the wall. Trash in the hallway from the night before and wet towels in the bathtub. Pictures can be provided
