We stayed here a few times because they are dog-friendly. Staff was great and helpful. Room and property overall were not as clean as we’d hope.

The staff was great. Loved the ladies at the front desk! So happy, friendly and helpful. It was a great stay. Loved the location. Off the beaten path. We loved it. Outside had nice seating. Coffee bar was always full of fresh coffee. I would stay again. Thank you!

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a suite and both the room and bathroom were absolutely disgusting! The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was black mold on the AC vent in the bedroom, bugs on the floor and window sill, and hand and bath towels had stains all over them. The shower rod in the bathroom was broken and detached from the wall. I went to the front desk immediately and showed them a photo of the broken shower rod. They said that the maintenance man was not there and that they could not move us to another room for the 2 nights we were staying. The broken shower rod was a hazard and no one ever came to fix it our entire stay. Someone came in our room while we were out, only to bring more stained towels, empty the trash but did not replace the trash bag. The staff were not helpful at all and clearly did not care about our concerns and how filthy their hotel is! Please do not waste your money on this establishment. My husband and I travel a lot for work and leisure and consider ourselves to be reasonable people. I understand a hotel being older and having wear and tear, but that is not the case with this hotel. It is purely negligence and carelessness at its finest!

Came in late Saturday Night, room smelled like a wet dog. Way too tired and had to be up early for dance competition to say anything. Notified house keeper in the morning. Still had a faint smell but was barely in room. Come to find a dog toy lodged between the bed and wall on last morning at the hotel.

The staff was friendly The room wasnt clean, the bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor. The curtains were torn at the window. There were bugs all over the air conditioning unit under the window. The window was dirty. Won't be returning.

The overall hotel was ok. But the room I was given was pretty bad. Vinyl floors. Smelled like a PetSmart supercenter. The curtains were hanging off the hooks and there was a big plexiglass protector over the glass windows (for dogs, I'm sure). I love animals, have a husky and 2 cats at home. But when I got to a hotel, it's nice to get away from those sorts of things.

Good breakfast, have coffee and tea all day. Have microwave and mini fridge. Have cookies when check in. Nice parking

We stayed here in 2025 countless times when traveling. Unfortunately, this time was the complete opposite of what we experienced previously. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart when you sat in it and the toilet kept running. The biggest let down was we left a bag of stuff there. We received a call half hour into our 5 hours drive home but no voicemail was left and it popped up as spam. I only knew it was the hotel when I went to call them the day after we got home and realized the bag was not with us. For two weeks it was back and forth being told the items would be shipped to us and then told they were shipped when in fact it was not. After messaging through the Hotels.com App, I finally got information to have the items shipped to me. Tracking updated in Mechanicsburg, but never moved. Contacted the hotel again and they said our package was deemed as "hazardous" but they were not told why. We contacted the Post office and they said they don't have the package. After a month, the hotel stopped responding and we are out all of our items as well as shipping for our items to be returned. It is disappointing and frustrating with all of the back and forth. We fully believe our items were stollen since there were Pokémon cards and other Pokémon items we bought.

Terrible experience, got there and checked into a room. When I unlocked it, there was someone staying there. Overbooked.

My family and I stayed here for 4 days. The helpful staff is the only good thing I can say about this place. It's extremely run down and needs major updates. The beds are horrible and you can feel the springs through them. The bathrooms were dirty and need major updates. My son fell 3 times in the tub because there were no grippers. I won't ever be staying here again. You're basically staying at a "motel" for the price of a "hotel".

Our “room service” was never delivered. Most disturbingly a staff member tried to enter our room between 11pm-12am and terrified the kids and the next morning none of our key cards worked and were locked out of our room. It was a hot mess.

From the moment I booked the hotel I was helped by amazing staff. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Do not have anything negative to say about anything.

The location was good. The condition of the furnishings was just average.
