Holiday Inn Express & Suites Harrisburg S - Mechanicsburg by IHG

Didn’t use any amenities, but found the location, the condition, and the comfort above average. The one staff member that checked us in seemed bored and not very helpful with the internet access info. The breakfast was good with lots of options.

Location! The staff at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful! The African American gentleman overseeing breakfast, was very rude and unprofessional. He was arguing with another staff member, who walked out following the argument with him. I asked if he could make more biscuits and he said no, bc the breakfast bar was closing, and closed the room off before 9:30a

Food options could hv been better

The toilet needs scrubbing clorox. The tub drainage was very slow going down. The pool area was clean but just the pool was not so cloudy and it did have a little smell.

Good place to overnight after a concert

Superb

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the sheets were soft, not starchy like most hotels at that price

Clean room, staff is friendly and breakfast is ok.

Limpieza

I wish it was better located. Though it was close to the highway, the industrial park feel was different.

Staff was not very accommodating and the phone didn’t work in our room

Hard to find with GPS.

Clean and friendly staff Price was a bit high

Very good

Breakfast The room was not as advertised. No walk in the handicap shower as specified and even went to the hotel to verify. Was assured of accommodations. On check it day my room was moved and no accommodations of any handicap except a rail in the shower.

The pool had floating debris all on top of the water ( perhaps chemicals). We did not go in because of it.
