Breakfast The room was not as advertised. No walk in the handicap shower as specified and even went to the hotel to verify. Was assured of accommodations. On check it day my room was moved and no accommodations of any handicap except a rail in the shower.

2 out of 3 mornings the pancake machine was not working. My kids love pancakes so that was a bummer. The rest of the breakfast was ok. The floors in common area needed to be cleaned more often. In particular, the elevator floor was very dirty during our entire visit. This was my worst experience at a Holiday Inn Express.

We had a calm and peaceful stay. Great maintenance with clean rooms, bathrooms, common areas. Hands down the best breakfast I have had. Keep it up!

I’m guessing it’s a staffing issue, but they need to use their vacuums more. I didn’t appreciate prior guests crumbs on the floor of my room.

It was clean, comfortable and I felt safe I did not like the hot breakfast. There were other options so I was able to enjoy other items.

The room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety including the yummy cinnamon rolls.
