Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg-West Hershey Area

Great stop.

The breakfast was ok tortillas every morning with some kind of pork meat, no bacon,just Canadian bacon, they could work on the breakfast..and when we walked by the area where you can set outside there were big shucks if dog feces from this guys big dog we seen it for 3 days straight he did not get it up are the maintenance it was disgusting.

We had to wait for the room to get ready when we showed up , about 15 to 20 minutes. So put us getting in our room closer to 5pm . But all and all it was a very peaceful stay . Family friendly. Great place to lay your head. Donna we really appriacte you taking care of our room while we stayed . You are very much appricated it did not go unnoticed. Thank you very much.

Everything sucked and our room smelled horrible and staff were inattentive.

The staff was great, we (5 of us) asked for extra towels, which we got. The room was very comfortable and reasonably priced. Kitchen sink which we used to wash our plastic containers from lunch, we thought there would be liquid dish detergent, but there were none, only powder detergent for dishwasher. We made do with what were there. Maybe next time. Breakfast was great, warm/hot, fresh fruits, creative, for vegetarian as well.

We were surprised at the limited streaming availability for the tv. An upscale hotel really should be more up to date. The view from the room can’t be beat! Amazing! . The switch between the steakhouse and breakfast restaurant and Morton’s was a great use of space. Breakfast buffet was very good. Morton’s food was excellent! I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness and ambiance at both breakfast and dinner. Wonderful stay. Would recommend to others.

Suite was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Wonderful experience, look forward to using the beautiful outdoor pool next time.

Spacious, spotless rooms made our week‑long stay incredibly comfortable. We were over 15 families traveling together, and the hotel handled the crowd effortlessly. The BBQ area became our daily gathering spot — super practical and a great way for everyone to connect. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours splashing around. Another convenient bonus: EV charging available just across the street. Overall, a fantastic setup for families and group travel.

Great place and super clean

Lots of space in the rooms with kitchens and common areas. Pool table and swimming pool were nice amenities. Wednesday evening soup, salad, fresh baked cookies, beer and other drinks was welcoming.

The hallways when you come in side entrance were filthy with dead bugs on the tiles. The trash bins outside were full with open food containers. It looks like this hotel doesn't have enought staff to handle the premises and to clean all the rooms. I will never stay at another Homewood Suites hotel.

The pool is outside so it can only be used when not raining but the pool was nice. No hot tub. Parking was easy and the breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast.

Two suggestions. Staff could make it clearer that housekeeping is only on request. Also it would be nice if there were two waffle makers, especially on weekends. Would definitely stay at Homewoods again.

Room was clean, kitchenette well stocked; appreciated the dishwasher; good place to rest each night.

Unfortunately our room was pretty dirty and they had left things still wet from furniture cleaning. Breakfast buffet was nice, though.
