room is big，but the whole place is old.

The property was well maintained and all the general areas were clean and tidy. The front desk (Connie) was very helpful with managing a fire that had occurred prior to our arrival. We were just down the way from where it happened, but Connie took the leadership role is making sure they stopped the clean-up by 10 pm. The room was fairly clean overall. There were stains on the couch and a little spot of mold in the shower. However, those are items that would be more involved than a quick clean between visitors and should be a responsibility of the management rather than the cleaning staff. The breakfast was a good way to start the day and overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very outdated. Four times we had keys that did not work accessing our room and had to be replaced. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms need updating. Rust around shower heads. Ceiling vent in kitchen full of dust and webs. Paint chipping on cabinets. Scratches on coffee table.

The desk staff was helpful and very courteous. Our ground floor room/suite however couldn't rate three stars. The furniture appeared dirty & dinged from long time use. The upholstery and drapes in places tattered. The bathtub is in need of an extensive deep cleaning. The kitchen area was large & clean,(we didn't use it during our two day stay). The rooms were both quiet and we slept well.

The property is in need of a total makeover. Very dated, the carpet needs to go. The room had ripped curtains, broken lampshades, stains on couch, ottoman ripped at seams. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff was nice and helpful but the rooms and common areas were very outdated . Furniture in the room had stains, curtains ripped, furniture coming apart at the seams, cob webs on lamp shades. Not sure how this place got such good ratings.

Would definitely stay here again. Big rooms, kitchen for cooking, breakfast was one of the best from a hotel I’ve had. Wednesday afternoon social hour with good food. Was able to swim in pool on 1st night, but it closes after Labor Day. Fairly close to the event.

The grills outside was not maintain, needs to be replaced. only a couple of the burners work on each grill.

Wonderful stay!

Nice hotel. A\C Didnt work until I reset the thermostat and the fridge made a loud clanking rattling sound but other than that we’ve stayed in much worse places. The room layout was good and clean.

Some one ask another breakfast lady for something and she was all nice and was going to get it for that person inside the kitchen. But this lady, Claire or something, stopped her and didn't let her. It was unbelievable! Also they only have ONE waffle machine and it takes forever. There's always a huge line, so you'll waste there a good 15/20 min on the line. If they're making one. If someone gets 2 or 3 forget about it, your morning is lost. They really should get at least One more waffle machine. Is really annoying standing there waiting for so long. I don't think they can't afford it I wanted to tell the manager but I was on line for waffles. And when I finally got it He was gone. At the pool the handles to get in and out were lose. My daughter ended up with it on her hands. Dangerous! Staff: bad!

Very large 2 room suite with living room, bedroom, spacious closet & bathroom. Kitchen has full size refrigerator with dishwasher & equipped with plates, pots & silverware. Even though we stayed 1 night comfortable enough for an extended stay. Plenty of choices for included breakfast with coffee available 24/7. Rooms are a little dated with carpets & worn furniture but overall great value.
