Another minor issue is the pool waitress was all alone taking care of too many people. Not sure if they have a staffing issue. She did a great job though.

Lovely time as always. So clean, beautiful, and the customer service is excellent.

It was top-notch in every way. It was quiet, service was great, and the restaurants were excellent. Views were amazing!!

I was expecting to be absolutely wowed coming to the cliff house. It was just ok. The water presser in the shower was horrible! Food was sub par, I tried to get a drink with grenadine, was told they didn’t have it. Tried to get possibly a mocktail with lavender, didn’t have it. My husband wanted a simple root beer, they didn’t have it. Lots of screaming kids all over the place. And 2 young boys working the breakfast cafe were not what you’d expect to be working there. They were rude and definitely showed they did not want to be there. For the price we paid to stay there it was not worth it. The fitness center floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in quite a while. No water in there either.

Room was kept very clean and stocked. Cleaning staff was also very personable. Breakfasts portions were too big. Spa was busy but felt very automated and factory line

We just wrapped up a week at Cliff House Maine and had an amazing time. The views alone are worth the trip - it's hard to beat sitting on the balcony with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening while listening to the ocean, and feel the ocean breeze across your face. The resort strikes a great balance between being upscale and comfortable. The rooms were clean, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was always friendly and helpful without being overbearing. There is incredible attention to detail for every component of this property - from the interior design to the Maine stations to the "Do Not Disturb" placards, with complimentary binoculars to enjoy the views. There is no detail that was overlooked and everything curated to present the Maine experience to every guest. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Maine, without hesitation, I'd absolutely recommend Cliff House.

Everything was amazing! The staff went above and beyond and we were very friendly. I cannot wait to book again.
