Room was kept very clean and stocked. Cleaning staff was also very personable. Breakfasts portions were too big. Spa was busy but felt very automated and factory line

We just wrapped up a week at Cliff House Maine and had an amazing time. The views alone are worth the trip - it's hard to beat sitting on the balcony with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening while listening to the ocean, and feel the ocean breeze across your face. The resort strikes a great balance between being upscale and comfortable. The rooms were clean, the grounds were beautiful, and the staff was always friendly and helpful without being overbearing. There is incredible attention to detail for every component of this property - from the interior design to the Maine stations to the "Do Not Disturb" placards, with complimentary binoculars to enjoy the views. There is no detail that was overlooked and everything curated to present the Maine experience to every guest. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Maine, without hesitation, I'd absolutely recommend Cliff House.

Very clean room and property in general with very curtious and helpful staff.

We keep returning, because we love this hotel. Initially you walk in and see the breathtaking view of the ocean. There’s a warmth about the hotel, and everyone is delightful. The accommodations are fabulous.

Spent our 25 Anniversary here. The location is absolutely beautiful, sitting directly on the top of a 100 foot tall cliff. The views from the main lobby, pool, restaurant & room were all incredible. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Dinner at the Tiller was delicious. The Bald head Coffee shop has great breakfast. The pool area is well maintained with chairs, umbrellas, views and sounds of the crashing waves. Inside, the rooms are nicely designed with perfect furnishings. Be sure to take the time to roam the property and take in all the little areas. Highly recommend. The price is high but the experience worth it.

Property was on a beautiful location and had lovely common areas and great outdoor space with pool etc The property was a little too far out of town to walk and did not offer any shuttle service.

Beautiful Spring get away in Coastal Maine.

2nd, we requested a 3rd robe, twice on Tuesday and it never cane. When I went to front desk to inform them of this (also because I didn’t want to be charged for a robe that never came to the room, etc.) it was the same front desk personnel that I originally requested it from and she didn’t even apologize that the robe never came nor offered any apology so that was disappointing. Very poor customer service there.
