Room is smelly and poorly maintained. Advertised queen size bed but it is a full size.

However the AC worked very well. And rooms clean.

We were in late and up early it had a nice bed and the door locked secure. There was a toilet and sink and TV. Good times. Thx.

AC sounded like a train that was chugging along and occasionally trying to take off like an airplane.

Can't beat the price or the location. This is a charming, old fashioned "motor inn" just like we'd stay in back in the seventies. so it gets nostalgia points. Throw in a pool and the proximity to Carlsbad Caverns and you have a nice stay for the price. Definitely recommend.

It was good, clean and well mantain the unit. Outside was good also. We haven’t had the oportunityto interact with the staff. She was profesional but a bit serious. I would recomend this property to the ones with a limited budget.

It was clean, quaint, and a good place to sleep. I swam in the pool it was very clean and refreshing. It was a little far from most things besides Walmart.
