The room was ok, when we checked in the person should have told us that we couldn’t see out the windows. The bed wasn’t that great. The bathroom was great

When we booked a Hampton, we expect the Hampton quality. This hotel is far from it. With construction happening right above you, with no notice it’s happening except small signs hung in the elevator, you don’t expect the sound of your roof caving in until 7:30pm. The ice machine doesn’t work, the smell of mildew is present everywhere and the staff is rude and less than helpful. “I should’ve known about construction”…doesn’t mean I did know BEFORE booking here and the lack concern by staff/management when we have to get up early is apparent

So my room had some broken area inside and they were also doing a remodel on top floor which I don’t mind but parking was really hard with all the debris they had. Overall wasn’t a terrible stay , I do love the fact washing was free when I needed to wash clothes that was great. The food was good as well. The SPA tub felt amazing .

Hampton Inn is usually a preferred place to stay, but this Hampton Inn was the worst one yet. Our room had a strong smell of urine and the smell in the restroom was even worse. The shower was pretty gross and had darkish brown on the grout lines. The chlorine smell at the pool was extremely strong making it unbearable to be there. The 4th floor was being renovated and construction materials were being taken to the 4th floor via the elevator, causing the elevators to be very dirty.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean despite the construction. The breakfast area was immaculate, loved the variety of items on the breakfast bar. The attendant was very courteous and kept the area super clean. I could have stayed there all morning. It was a great choice in staying.

The breakfast was disappointing, no bacon and eggs. There was a small omelet thing which wasn't appetizing. It isn't full breakfast without bacon and eggs.
