I had about 14 hotel stays in the last month and my stay at Home2Suites was the best experience of all. The staff (Brandy, Luis) was super helpful, kind, and efficient. They contacted me after I left to let me know I left something behind and promptly mailed it to me (at my expense). The hotel was clean and the amenities all felt new- fantastic, clean fitness center, large laundry facilities (requires quarters), and large back porch. The room was spacious, bed and towels were clean, and great shower. It met or exceeded all of my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and so helpful! Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional and the amenities, like the outdoor grill were perfect. We wish all Home 2 Suites were just like this one!

The room was left with trash and dirty dishes in it. I advised management, but they made no effort to send someone to clean the mess. I raised the issue with the front desk next morning and they sent housekeeping. They then spoke to the person traveling with me and had a conversation with him regarding the refund I requested. There is a sign in the lobby that states their policy is that if we are not provided clean and comfortable accommodations, we will be refunded for the night. However, the hotel has refused to issue a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com. Subsequently, we were interrupted in the room while people came in to perform routine maintenance, and the next morning housekeeping was banging on the door at 8 AM wanting to come in when our checkout was at 11 AM. I raised these concerns again with the front desk and asked again for a refund, which was refused. The hotel has now offered 4000 Hilton points which I understand has a cash equivalent of approximately $20, which is offensively less than the $530 I paid for two nights in an unhygienic and disrupted environment. Their own policy states full refund for unclean/uncomfortable accommodations and yet they are refusing to refund me or issue an appropriate number of rewards points for use toward a future stay. On top of all of this, despite telling them that I am deaf they have continued to communicate via phone even though I have asked now three times that they communicate via email.

Our sheets were dirty and there was a dirty towel behind the couch. We probably won't stay there again. Also there was a hidden charge of $110.00 that we incurred.

Wonderful place to stay! Wonderful, spacious room with a nicely stocked kitchen to meet all your needs. You can also request a 2 stove burner to be sent to your room to meet your cooking needs. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great location for access to Carlsbad Caverns NP and Guadalupe Mountains NP. Newer property with clean and comfortable room, along with morning breakfast included that made our stay so easy.

It was very satisfied with all of areas.

Only 4 stars because we had a ‘handicapped’ room on the second floor and no working elevator. But we got a tub and were able to soak.

The elevator was out of service and we were assigned the 4th floor; it was terrible. I want a refund.

Everything you would need for an extended stay. Clean, excellent breakfast that was different every day. Handcarts for belongings and elevators! Great choice!

Although we didn't use them, we also really liked the self-laundry facilities, fitness center, and outdoor patio with lawn games. Would definitely book this place again if we ever make it back!
