The front desk staff were very kind. The bathroom was clean and beds were reasonably comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The carpet in the rooms needs to be replaced. Steam cleaning would not remove the amount of dirt caked in the carpet.

Outstanding customer service, staff members were very helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and very nice well kept. Hotel has a very clean parking lot and has plenty of spaces for all vehicles. I would have to say they do have an outstanding breakfast for the residents the stay. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you.

Overall my stay was great, easy chick in and out, staff was great and helpful. Room was clean 👌.

The staff was nice and gave us a recommendation for a delicious Mexican restaurant, Lucy's. The property maintenance and housekeeping were well maintained but showed some aging. The mattress desperately needed to be replaced. Neither my husband or I had a goos night's sleep.

The front desk staff were AMAZINGLY friendly! Towels and bed linens were noticeably worn/frayed. Bed linens and pillows had an unpleasant odor.

The receptionist was training. It took 20 mnutes to check in. We were given a different room than what I booked. The owner said that his hotel doesn’t have the type of room that I booked. It smelled like smoke. He chrged me $49 for a scnd rm.

The room itself was recently remodeled but overall this hotel is showing its age. The staff was nice enough and breakfast is decent but heads up that there’s no water available after breakfast and the vending machine wasn’t even working - not great for travelers planning on visiting the parks.
