Not sure we liked the neighbors banging on the walls late at night. Only the guy who kept knocking on our door all night and morning was a bigger pain!

The staff were friendly Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet expectations. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that someone had been smoking cigarettes inside, as there was a noticeable smoke odor. Later, I dropped an AirPod and had to look underneath the bed to retrieveit. It appeared that the area under the bedhad not been cleaned in quite some time. The biggest issue was the shower. It leaked water into the sleeping area next to the bed, soaking the carpet and leaving the room with a damp, musty smell. Additionally, the lockbox on the door was damaged, with exposed wires visible. Although it still functioned properly for locking and unlocking the door, exposed wiring is asafety concern and should be repaired. Overall, the condition and maintenance of the room significantly impacted my stay.

The receptionist was kind. I had a hard time understanding her English, partly because a fan was going, but she would repeat herself if I said I didn't understand. The room was newly painted and looked good. The bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was the min- fridge was turned to its coldest setting, yet barely cooled any at all. The air conditioner turned itself on and off. Over all it was an ok place to stay.

Location was convenient. The room was dirty - the back of the bathroom door was streaked with smoke residue, the exhaust fan cover was packed with dust and mold, the top of the door frame had a good buildup of dust. There was an unknown type of pill under one bed and an empty beer can under the other. The desk chair was filthy - stains and built up grime. The balance above the window was covered with a thick layer of dust.

Good price and close to Carlsbad Caverns Although the motel only has two floors, an elevator would be a nice addition.

Im happy to...Very very dirty and needing real renovations ..(toilet seat was broken )and retrained cleaning crew I went to Walmart so while there and bought lysol and paper towels..I didn't bother asking for another room ..Im sure it was just as dirty.

We are on a cross country road trip- this was the most comfortable bed yet. The person at the desk was very helpful and worked on getting us a quiet room. Great experience- especially for the price
