These are basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should have been addressed before giving the room to another guest. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

We had a clean room and good accommodations. The bed was wonderful and we had no complaints.

The last up front was rude and the room smelled bad like cigarettes tried to get another room and said we couldn't

Everything was satisfactory with my stay and the room was clean and organized. The only minor issue was the smell of cigarettes. I don't know if it was the room or the cigarette disposal outside on the wall. Other than that I was comfortable.

Room was clean, the clerk was one I have seen before a number of times. The parking is a little crowded since the units were fairly full. Room temp was easy to control and that was good as it was hot in Carlsbad.

Room was filthy!!! Bed was disguisinga cd i absolutely will NEVER stay here again. The staff was quite friendly and that's the only redeeming factor to this place. Stay far away!!!!

The air conditioning was cold but the room was gross! I don’t even want to know what was on the mattress cover or the walls, especially in the bathroom! The towels were discoloured it would be a great place to stay for a night passing through if it was clean, I don’t mean a little dust, it needs a very deep clean and new cleaners. I would not stay here again for that reason. Check in was easy and quick and the front desk lady was friendly.

We liked the pool and location Housekeeping comes different hours and didn’t clean the room the one time they came in. The room was too small and the bed was way too small and very uncomfortable

We liked the location. The hotel was very small for five people. My son ended up sleeping on the floor but that wasn’t the worst part. The air conditioner made a horrible screeching noise when turned on. We tried sleeping with it off but it was very hot so we went without sleep.
