Great Western Inn & Suites

Good value. The beds were comfy and the TV was brand new. The breaskfast was pretty underwhelming. No hot food and very limited cold options

The spacious and comfortable room. None.

The room was relatively clean. All of the sheets and pillowcases had visible stains. There was garbage in the parking lot. The breakfast had very little options.

No ADA compliant rooms. Grounds were not properly cared for. Could not take a shower in the morning as ants were crawling all over it. Went to talk it over with the manager at his office and met him over my room. No recompense just an offer to go to another room and get my shower. (I was dressed and ready to leave) Breakfast was horrible. Orange juice was barely tasting like Koolaid. Went to put jelly on toast and it was so petrified that we could even get it out of the little containers to spread out on the toast.

Everything is nice and well kept. except the pillows, that i found rock solid hard pillows. didn't have a good sleep.

Cereal & waffles for breakfast, apples

Staff were friendly,. There was no pool or hot tub as advertised and pictured on both booking.com and a billboard just down the street from the motel. The room had holes in the archway to the restroom area, the shower was not very hot, the faucet would not switch all the way over to shower, and the bathtub did not drain so I was standing in water as I showered off. The beds and pillows were extra firm to the point of uncomfortable. We checked out after the first night and found other accommodations.

Clean Train noise

It’s always very clean, and I feel comfortable every time. I have nothing to complain about and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing Water in showers didn’t go down. Sinks clogged. Smelled of smoke.

Very worn carpet and furniture. Surface clean only. Semi ok for one night

It wasn’t that nice to not be able to take my continental breakfast to my room.

The person that checked me in was very pleasant and helpful, recommending places for dinner. The room was quiet, spacious, very clean and comfortable with lots of counter space. The only thing disappointing was the lack of choices for breakfast.

Minimal breakfast, slow check-in, facility dilapidated.

It was clean

The room was dirty. Open conditioner, hair in the sink, that kind of dirty. The breakfast sucked too, not even real orange juice but like tang or something.

Decent room. Continental breakfast a little lite. Nonetheless it was decent value and clean. No complaints.

The location was convenient. The beds were clean and cozy. We only stayed one night, which was perfect for what we paid. The pictures are definitely nicer then in person. The ceiling in the bathroom shower looked like it was about to fall in.
