The front desk rep, was very nice and professional. The room was amazing and the bed very, very comfortable.

When I checked in the gentleman wasn’t very friendly and the property didn’t seem very safe considering I was traveling with my little girl. Over all the rooms were clean and it’s closer to Carlsbad Caverns so okay for the price. Didn’t check out the breakfast due to just wanting to get back on the road.

High traffic old hotel with lots of people outside ( attributed to old hotel windows). Rooms have been remodeled and are fairly decent. Ok place for the price.

Had to change to a different room since the AC wasn’t working. The second room had good AC. Beds were ok. Pillows were flat. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of biscuits and gravy and pancakes by 6:40 and did not refill them. Breakfast is 6-9am.

Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else! The shower had hair in it, and didnt drain. It was loud. The sheets had a cigarette burn. The breakfast wasnt bad but I got down there about 8 and there was not much left.

Staff was very nice and everything was clean. We felt safe. No complaints.

We had a cockroach on the floor and all they said was thank you.

The property is good. The area is a small town

I was not happy that they turned off my cardkey 1 1/2 hours before checkout time, so I had 2 bags locked in the room.

Motel was okay for what we paid. Little disappointed their ice machine wasn’t working so had to go find ice for our drinks. I booked the motel since it indicated they had a pool and breakfast included with the stay. There was no pool. They did serve a hot breakfast but the dining area was not air conditioned and was hot. No chairs in the room so had to stand to eat dinner cause didn’t want to sit on the bed to eat. When we were checking out the staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we turned in the room keys.

Breakfast is good.

Rooms were clean and come. Great for an overnight or a couple of nights. Refrigerator in the room, restaurants close by.

Cheaper then average hotels.

Staff was helpful when I had an issue. Fridge was turned to zero and I didn't notice. Had to throw away the food I bought. Breakfast was premade egg omelettes, pancakes, bagels, sausage.

The advertised pictures do not match the rooms. Deferred maintenance is an issue. I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes while the clerk spoke with someone shopping for bulk pricing. Not sure why he couldn't check me in while he was on the call, since he wasn't using his computer. I finally said something, and, yes, he did two things at once. Spend 20 bucks more and stay anywhere else.

Checked in at 1230am. Front desk operator was okay. Not friendly but not rude. Got room 103 close so that was nice. Everything was okay except fridge. Gross. Definitely not looked at much less cleaned for sometime. The shower pressure and head was AMAZING. Breakfast was okay. I didnt eat any of it but spouse did. Pancakes, very dark toast, powdered scrambled eggs, muffins. No meat of any kind. We paid $100 for 1230 am to 10am same morning.

It’s an ok stay. Not too bad, not too good. I book there because it’s the closest one to where my husband works so we can visit him. Only complain is that the room we got tv didn’t work. Other than that it was fine. Close to Walmart, gas stations, restaurants, food trucks, and much more.

The person at the front desk was very kind upon arrival and the maintenance worker helped my son when he cried out he needed help. No swimming pool.

Check in was easy. The room was very disappointing. It was extremely dirty. The bathtub was dirty, the walls had been patched, the entry door was marked in black from people's hand oils. If I wasn't there to just sleep, I would have complained and asked for a different room. These rooms were advertised as remodeled.....but I would never guess that the room I was in was ever remodeled or cleaned often.
