The day was ok. The property is somewhat out dated. Hotel staff needs to check food they have for breakfast. The bread had mold. Other than that it was an ok stay.

My bedroom/bathroom smelt like piss and the bedroom a/c did work. Seemed like could be a nice place. Another elevator close by. No breakfast. For engine/// I have gotten basically a close by elevator some for last few weeks except at Comfort in Carlsbad and I think because they have gotten to know me.

Do to the no refund policy even if you put in wrong date and try to fix right away I will not stay at another one

Property overall is nice but I got a room with strong fish smell. Later I figured out it was coming from the fridge. Also strong food odor in the lobby. Carpet needs better cleaning too. Bathroom was not spotless at all. The property has potential but needs better management. For a one night stay I survived but wouldn't stay longer at least on the room assigned to me. Maybe other rooms are okay, will never know.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. So I was able to get a night sleep.

Great location if you are planning to visit Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The rooms are spacious and has a kitchenette that could help lower your costs for meals. Well run Hotel.

Parking is available for truck and trailer, The room I stayed in was very clean, Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Everything was great! I was, however, a little disappointed in the breakfast selection. There were boiled eggs, but no scrambled eggs or sausage. Mostly just quick-fix (starchy) foods.

Property location was convenient! The hotel is a newer hotel The AC was super loud, the toilet paper roll wasn’t new & was almost gone, there was water spots all over the sliding glass door like it wasn’t cleaned prior to

Very Clean, convenient Breakfast, not much to eat, waffles, bread, if you’re hungry in the morning, breakfast bar doesn’t have much.
