Quality Inn & Suites Carlsbad Caverns Area

Overall we like the hotel, we had a pleasant stay and the staff is really nice and friendly.

At check out the front staff was less than helpful. They didn't seem to care whether I was a customer or not.

Room was so so. Considering the price this is ok, but building itself appeared old. Kind staff. Breakfast was clean and good though.

Breakfast was great. The breakfast area was spacious. Rooms were very clean. Doors on the internal part of the hotels are always a plus and very safe. Would stay here again!

Staff was pleasant. The breakfast was very good. The room and common areas were clean. This hotel is located at the very end of what can be considered "the strip" - which is a good thing because it's somewhat removed from the busy parts but just an intersection away from everything. The only thing that bugged me in our room was that the drawers in the TV/fridge/microwave unit kept on sliding open, obstructing the foot of the bed. I used a long rubber band to hold it closed. Otherwise, I highly recommend this Quality Inn.

BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME. EGGS, SAUSAGE, BISCUITS AND SAUSAGE GRAVY, STRAWBERRY WAFFLES, APPLE JUICE, OJ AND COFFEE....ALL GREAT. GREAT LOCATION

Carpet was stained and tub was rusted and finish peeling off.

Great value

Easy to find and good location. Very clean and appears newer than some others we’ve stayed at. About an hour to Carlsbad Caverns and Roswell. The breakfast incudes mini Belgian waffles, cold cereals, breakfast breads,sausage, scrambled eggs, country potatoes and a variety of yogurt,juices and some other standard items. It also has one washer and one dryer. I would definitely stay here again

The room was fantastic and the bed was great. I slept like a baby. I wish I had pulled up the sheet and mattress to determine what kind of mattress I slept on. It was amazing.

Clean, great breakfast and excellent staff

This hotel is located toward the dustier end of Carlsbad and despite this, the entire property is very clean, as was the room/bathroom. The breakfast was hot and tasty, coffee was good and the staff was constantly asking if there was anything I needed. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again.

Everything was new and sparkling clean. Room had nice tile flooring. Air worked well. Carol at front desk was great. As you entered they had a water cooler infused with assorted berries. The hot breakfast was great and they even had flavored green tea - which I am finding less and less of and always carry my own. Small for most - big for me. Shows how thoughtful they are though. Their hot breakfast included a meat and eggs and waffles. Oatmeal packets-Hot chocolate packets-hard boiled eggs, light yogurt. I enjoyed the hash browns and the 100% fruit cocktail cups. Another thoughtful touch. They had a list of restaurants for you. Definitely a must stay. Oh, and the police department was right next door - so no worry about safety.

Great Location the National Parks and multiple options for food! Breakfast in was nice in the morning! Huge room was great!! AC worked great!!
