Great place in a terrific location. We will keep this place on our list of favorites.

This location is the primary benefit of this property. We stayed in the family suite and the bedding was really terrible - old sheets and blankets and the kids beds weren’t made with just ill fitting top sheets played on top of a really old blanket. Not really comfortable. AC worked fine. The very sweet check in person was so nice and helpful and waiting for our rental car to be empty so we could have her parking space. Otherwise, I’d advice you spend some more money and stay somewhere nicer - we booked more last minute and there wasn’t much left in this downtown location - but would really try not to stay here again.

Great location! Our room was actually 2 rooms, that was a pleasant surprise.

Loved my stay ! This has been my second time booking this hotel .

The stay was very comfortable. A big perants room with a fire place and a smaller room with two tween beds. The room was clean, but we did not get a clean up and replacement of towels on the second day of our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend it.

My daughter left a bag and I can’t get the hotel to answer a call or respond to an email in over a week seeing if they have the item.

For the price point and pet accommodation this was a simple, clean, lovely stay.

Did not do breakfast, but room was nice, location good and staff friendly and helpful. Parking was tight, a lot of stairs, and the tv was actually too big.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite for 4 people and it was very spacious for all of us. It was also extremely convenient that both bedrooms had their own full bathroom! It was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and we never needed to drive anywhere in town. There’s a coffee maker in the room but the office also has a keurig and hot water for tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. There is no common area between the bedrooms but we didn’t mind. One thing I would like to see is access to a microwave, however it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. For the price, location and convenience it was all worth it. Also, we never had trouble finding parking in the lot or on the street side with no time limits so that was a huge plus. They accommodated a late check in as we arrived around midnight and it was very easy. I would stay here again.

It was in the middle of Carmel-by-the-sea. Parking was difficult.

Needs a little course on customer service especially for a hotel in Carmel. Unfortunately, will not be rebooking this place again. Rent at your own risk!

Good option in Carmel at a reasonable price. Few places for onsite Parking so you may have to park on the street

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the staff were all nice. It would have been nicer if there is a couch in one of the rooms so we could sit together and watch TV in one room. And the location is great and quiet at night but the bathroom exhaust fans are very loud and can be heard in the bedrooms. But it's still a nice place to stay in.

I was looking for a one night stay at a lower price and this fit the bill. This is really a no frills place to stay but has a great location in the center of Carmel by the Sea. The pillows weren't very comfortable and there was some noise in the morning we could hear. There is quite a bit of construction work and a lot of trucks all around the Carmel neighborhoods.
