They DO NOTY ANSWER their phone!!!

The location was great. Very basic but livable. I think Carmel is so expensive that because we were on a budget we got the best we could. Smelled of bleach in the room. Mean bedding and worn bedcovers. Decor is dated. Would not take much to improve it. Would have expected more for the price

Room was ok. I thought the bathroom could have been cleaner. Some websites said they had breakfast. They don’t. Lots of stairs to climb with a suitcase. No elevator. The parking was horrendous

Nice hotel. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious. There was some street noise, the windows are very thin it seems. And the upstairs neighbors were kind of noisy. It has its own parking lot which is great, since street parking can be hard to find.

Great location, close to Ocean and Ocean st shops. Lowest score would be parking . Very friendly manager. Changed our room to bottom floor for us which was very appreciated. We were able to bring our little dog so that was great. It was car show week so we got lucky with so many things. Parking, but it is what it is. Also a couple bottles of water in room would have been great.

Nice location walk to dinner!

Good location, close to shops, restaurants, etc... I paid for a room with an ocean view but all I could see is trees and the parking lot was limited to first come first serve, not enough parking space for all occupants.

This place was perfect for what we needed! It has a great location and was very walkable. We had our pups with us so that was nice! The hotel is definitely older but the room was clean and well appointed. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that’s a personal preference I think … I like a little more firmness . It was quiet at night and the shower had great pressure! We will definitely stay here again. We were placed upstairs and the steps are steep and open and it was not ideal when having a dog but we made it work . We carried them up lol
