Great location everything in walking distance we loved the continental breakfast.

They put us in the worst room on the property. Room 114A.

The room was dated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The window to the bathroom did not lock and went out to an alley?

the room was perfect. clean comfortable with a balcony with an ocean view. breakfast was perfect, yogurt, granola, fruit and croissant. nothing all great

My second stay here and I always love this hotel. The staff are very accommodating, the breakfast has a great assortment of foods to get your day starting along with coffee and teas, and being able the parking that comes with the stay is always so stress free. 10/10 will continue to come back everytime I visit Carmel.

The place is in great location, close to everything (walkable to restaurants, shopping centers, to the beach) the place is clean, the staff's are awesome 👌 and breakfast is great 👍. The only thing missing compare to all the hotels I've been is no microwave and small refrigerator 😒.

We love this spot. We had two rooms and while comfortable the paint and furniture needs some touching up. For the price it should not be allowed to look run down. Everything else was wonderful. Also clean up the patio furniture daily. Bird dropping and such are constant and can ruin dinner plans if sat on.

Exceptionally cute and beautiful place to stay! Friendly staff and very comfortable. Outdoor fireplace was great! High class Continental Breakfast..very delicious No A/C so we opened the windows. One window was stuck and didn't open. Fortunately there was a fan in the closet

We really enjoyed coming back after almost a decade. Such a romantic little spot.

We had booked a room in the courtyard with a fireplace. Upon our arrival we were notified that our room was "exchanged" to a handicap room without a fireplace and in an upper floor. Their excuse was that they overbooked so their problem became ours.

Convenient Old/worn decor and facilities

Location, location location. Noise from adjacent rooms can be bothersome.

We booed with booking.com but the images of the room did not correlate to the room booked so we had a much smaller room the expected. However as soon as we could be moved, we was. The staff were amazing and the manager Alan Perez was exceptional at customer services. The breakfast was great too! Obviously not getting the room expected initially was frustrating but this was remedied as soon as it could be,

Way overpriced. Pictures on the website are misleading. This is a motel and one in need of a renovation. Breakfast, staff, and location are good though

They have happy hour and chocolate chip cookies at 4pm! Staff nice and met other nice travelers.
