Beautiful property and great location. The daily cheese and wine hour was an amazing bonus. Nothing.

Very sweet and cozy Inn. The room was very romantic with a fireplace, large bathtub, king size bed, and breakfast delivered in the morning. Great for romantic getaways and very central location next to all the restaurants and shops in Carmel

Breakfast offerings weren't our more usual choices, but nice to be offered it. The weather could have been cooler.

Great stay at the Vagabond. Easy walkability to beach and town. Lovely fire pit and waterfall in common area.

Beautiful property with a spacious, well-appointed room. Conveniently close to the center of town, but just far enough away to enjoy a quiet night and a restful sleep. A great balance of comfort and location. Breakfast was good, but I would have liked to see a few more options—such as plain yogurt and some gluten-free pastries.

The room had its own Fireplace… beautiful and functional when it was cold and two very comfortable classy leather recliners to relax in after a day of walking around Carmel. I didn’t want to go back to our room at the Ritz it was so good. They also offer to deliver some fruit and croissants and coffee/tea/juice to your room in the morning. Just enough to help get you going. Great comforter/duvet and soft sheets… and the farm doors were so much fun and perfect for the weather. My kids loved to keep the top part open with the bottom closed and play in the courtyard with the beautiful water fountain and around the communal fireplace. Really great spot!! You won’t regret it.

The Vagabond Inn is so incredibly charming... with wonderful staff and facilities, along with a terrific location. "Room 3" has the cutest little twin bed built in under a window. Highly recommend. Nothing.

Quaint, beautiful and homey.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very attentive staff. The room was beautifully decorated All Bedroom windows in my room faced the main courtyard, no privacy unless you closed the blackout curtains. Would suggest to add sheets curtains so that the light comes in and there is more privacy

Traveling with 2 kids and so staying in a room with a window trundle bed was perfect and charming, as was the entire room with dutch door and vaulted planked ceiling and fireplace. The bathroom was huge with beautiful finishes. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and conveniently served to the room. Parking was free and easily accessible in a parking lot across the street. The office manager at check in neglected to mention that we needed to request housekeeping so I was surprised to come back after a day as a tourist to unmade beds and a trash can that was in need of being emptied.

Wonderful breakfast is delivered to your door every morning. You can order in advance the night before, with coffee, tea, yogurt, fresh fruit, and eggs. Everything met our expectations.
